If enviro is able to sell $100 million shares for 5 cents in the near future, they might get another $4.6 mill after broker fees for a complete double dilution and one more year of lab work.

Regardless, as of March 31 ,2021 this company had 70 million shares
as of June 30, 2021 this company had 93 million shares
As of May 31 2022 this company had 107 million shares

the following is the value of the company respectively for each of the three above share counts:

$0.41 cents market cap $28 mill

$0.33 cents market cap $30 million

$0.12 cents market cap $12.8 million

There is no way they can fund this company through dilution any more---either partner up or ink a deal with guaranteed immediate $$$

    yikes...soon to be under10cents.
What a waste of a good technology...someone will buy the patents for $2 mill (probably glencore) and shareholders may receive 1.7 cents per share for their investment.
oh well, only 5 years of hope and money down the drain.
Sticking with the well capitalized companies for long shots now on.

good arbitrage opp as eti climbed yesterday on the cse and stayed flat on evllf.
PM's and miners exploded today and evllf finally participated in the rally somewhat.
Muted volumes in Canada, but a little buying on the otc...still nothing to brag about...200k shares traded is the equivalent of $34k at 17 cents.
This thing needs a $500k day of trading to qualify as a breakout candidate...that would be close to a 3 million shares traded day---this has only eclipsed 1 million shares traded once in its' history.

Maybe they should start making revs instead of diluting the shareholders with another 6 million shares of a $14 mill company trading at all time lows.
    Just a thought.

too much time in the lab and no time spent promoting this company during the greatest bull market of all time.
It would have been so easy to pump this company and get $50-$100 million of capital...now they are giving the company away for free.
Are the patents alone not worth $14 mill?
Not looking good---no cash, no revenue, bleak future.
Undercapitalization was the death of this company.

once again, enviro claims revenue from their process, but nowhere in the pr does it mention the costs incurred to generate this revenue.
If it was for a profit, then I'm sure they would have claimed so enthusiastically.
No takers on the news until enviro actually lays out the costs of revenue for all to see.
What good is this technology if it isn't economically feasible?
    Put up or shut up---

While I love the technology, the stock performance of this company gives zero reason to add another single share even at these ridiculously low prices.
If the share price ever rises above 20 cents on strong volume and is able to hold it for a week, then I would consider adding more.
I own enough of this dog to just put it in the back pocket.
The only thing the share price performance has shown me is that this may go bk. There is no organic buying nor apparent interest even at these prices.
Without a trend break above the 200 day MA, this is a hard avoid.

One additional note on this company, aside from it being a potential producer of gold and other pm's through it's plant based operations is the licensing of it's reagent itself.
Cyanide is an integral part of all ore refining and it is costly, poisonous and has a myriad of permitting and logistical problems for use, reclamation and storage.
If enviroleach can continue to get the costs down for its' reagent (currently slightly less per ton now than cyanide to produce), continue to show superior leach dynamics for precipitates based on percentage recoveries and the vastly superior time advantage to recover precipitates, not to mention the completely enviro friendly advantages....then the global mining industry may incrementally switch over to the enviro reagent over cyanide and this company goes from a producer to a royalty company with a massive client base.
This is an excerpt from the most recent torex gold quarterly report...
"With the solid production result came some operational challenges that our team is currently addressing. First, as we mine deeper in the open pits, the metallurgical signature of the ore has evolved, with higher levels of copper and iron in sulphides. While our blending strategies and metallurgical controls minimized in-circuit fluctuations, cyanide consumption during the quarter increased by approximately 2 kg/t relative to Q1. We are actively pursuing a number of mitigation strategies to maintain consistent recoveries while managing reagent consumption, as well as cost containment initiatives in the business to help offset higher reagent costs."
This is a producing mine for a company with a p/e below 5, very little debt and cyanide costs are hurting their bottom line.
There are significant possibilities for enviro from the e-waste, traditional mining and possible in situ mining sectors and streaming royalty payments for the use of their formula could be staggering.
This is a rare upbeat post from me, but its' what keeps me hanging on and slowly adding more each month.

I recently sent a letter to IR requesting information on the practicality, process and potential profitability/efficacy of the in situ mining while also referring to Duane's not too distant comments about how the company could build a 20/ton per day plant in 6 months for $6 million and gross $30 mill in revs a year, Then they switched to a company that would lease their technology and reagent, and now they are going forward with a very opaque in situ mining program. I queried where this company is going, how the shareholders are constantly left in the dark, how no promotional or marketing activity has been done to elevate the share price during the biggest pm and mining rally of this century as the share price plummets to the original spinoff price with now double the shares outstanding.
I have received no response as I sent the letter a week ago, and then suddenly, this week, another opaque corporate update comes out.
I surmised that they have 20 million shares they could dilute into the market for a cpital raise which is definitely coming, but the most they could receive would be $6 million at 30 cents a share plus further dilution, likely cratering the share price to 20 cents.
If Duane had done his job, he could have had this share price up to $3 during the miner meltup and raised $6 million with just 2 million shares issued. They wildly missed the boat on this as it is the due diligence of a CEO to generate investor enthusiasm in order to raise money for operations, R&D and expansion.
None of these criteria were met or even entertained in the slightest in what would have been the easiest time in their history to get the share price moving north.
I have completely lost all faith in management and have no idea where this company is going, and in situ mining is likely unfeasible as one would have to use existing mine shafts, defunct boreholes or new drilling which is costly and no different than traditional mining practices along with the added cost of injecting exponentially larger amounts of the reagent and water into the target areas which would take ungodly amounts of volume depending on the size of the borehole, mine shaft, etc. these would have to be connected, injected, pressurized, circulated, dissolved and the pregnant solution would then need to be extracted, processed, shipped, etc. Have they put any thought into this? Where are the answers to these questions. '
The only difference between Enviroleach and NKLA, is that NKLA generated huge investor enthusiasm and share price gains without a single functioning product or technology. GM got hosed $2 bill alone on that deal.
It is sad to see this continually crater into the abyss. I believe most were duped by the prospects of this reagent and Duane's initial excitement.
    GL all---

Dang. I invested in this stock because I wanted to support a 'green' company in the mining space. Apparently that was a poor decision. I don't understand why there is no demand for their product / why they are unable to sell such a "revolutionary" technology. Oh well, I'm still long, bitter, but long.

volume is still strong for this stock...perhaps they pushed the price down to grab more shares in anticipation of a real press release. I can't remember how many years its' been since a real pr regarding growth, operational progress or a paying customer has been released---ever?
It's about time this company spits out something real instead of projections and fluffy talk---
