Etrion Corporation has a strategic partnership with Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation for the development, financing, construction, ownership, and operation of utility-scale solar power plants in Japan. The company was formerly known as PetroFalcon Corporation and changed its name to Etrion Corporation in September 2009. Etrion Corporation was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
