EV Energy Partners LP (EVEP), along with its subsidiaries, announced March 14 that it has reached a restructuring support agreement with certain banks and holders of notes. The Houston-based upstream master limited partnership plans to commence its prepackaged bankruptcy case on or before April 8, according to a press release . Neither EnerVest Ltd. nor EnerVest Operating LLC is seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy relief, but they both signed the restructuring support agreement and will continue providing services to EVEP.
