  • Resignation of CFO is a dicey signal. He's been with the company for more than a decade. Maybe he got a better opportunity? Anyway, still a curious event. Wonder if it had anything to do with the SITO Mobile proxy fight.
  • Excellent results posted, another acquisition, things continue moving in the right direction.

    Next stop $7.
  • This call is different - Thomas is very firm in his statements...this is very strong and he is very confident in what he is saying. Two thumbs up Thomas.

I suspect that D.A. Davidson is going to be coming back and upgrading, reversing the downgrade from 2015 which sank the shares.

Hold tight folks - the next 6 -18 months are going to be very strong. This is just the beginning. Revenues are going to grow and be more predictable. The lumpiness is going to slowly go away.

    This is just the beginning.
  • Someone should let EVOL Chm + President know that they should spend more time with their focus on EVOL rather than this unseemly mess with Sito. This is just one filing of dozens and it must be occupying a lot of Tom's time and brings Gary Singer's involvement into focus behind the scenes (oh...and Julian Singer is a director and Steve Singer is a PAID consultant.)

  • Seems like the bozo from Trailhead is making his quarterly troll appearance.

Should block him from future calls/questions.
  • I am turning very bullish. Anyone else feeling a twinge of optimism?
  • New customer in Africa. Feels like this thing is moving along nicely. If EVOL can create even very modest growth from here -- and I emphasize IF -- the company's equity will be undervalued at current prices.
  • Company will be acquired in the next 18 months.

Rebound in company performance is beginning to become apparent. The strategic plan is coming together.
  • I'm not claiming to know much about technicals, however $5.05 seems to be a nice place to break on the upside. It was around here in March when the SP seemed to get stuck. This is also where the stock gapped down in 8/16. I realize volume is low (yeah it "always" is). That said, I've been pleased with how this has been trading since 11/16

  • Agree, the 6 month chart is looking pretty compelling. It is a low volume trade so a big sell can whack it a bit but I think there is reasonable strength behind the move - let's keep it up!

  • Scott do you think that any future dividends are out of the question ??
  • I disagree with most of Seattle's assessment. Points are well-made and thought out. However, I think you're missing that Evol is transitioning from a one-time transaction model to a service model contract that allows them to collect fees on a quarterly basis for the life of the contract. This model will result in a temporary dip in revenues as that transition is made. To bear this out, just take a look at this year's revenues compared to last year. Evol was off about $4m or so. Then compare to the previous year, and Evol's revenues are virtually flat in comparison. However, the margins are substantially higher, resulting in greater net income and higher cash flow.

It takes time to make such a transition for any company. The challenge for Evol is to make the transition w/out sacrificing too much on the cash flow side. It appears they've succeeded in that endeavor, hence, the halt a couple quarters ago in the dividends being paid. I anticipate revenues to begin to grow again either in the 1st Q of 2017 or the 2nd Q of 2017. At this sp, the reward/risk is very high for Evol.

  • Revenue continues to drop and most notably there are no bookings, billings and backlog data being provided. I am sure they will ascribe all of that to the changeover to the SAAS model, but not really sure that will play out. Need to see genuine revenue lift before this becomes interesting. Too many growth stories out there to be tied to a company that, so far, seems to be squeezing a lemon. YES, they are always profitable and $4 is probably a fair value for them.. but without growth..MEH
  • Very nice 4th quarter results IMO. Continued momentum should get us back to the 5's shortly. However we will need some volume to stay there in the short run.
