    Thats the spirit
Bought 2k shares today. Does anyone have a feel for what the potential revenues could be? Are they similar to Zillow? I’ve been wondering if Zillow or EXPI would be the real estate agent on the millions of homes being bought and sold.

Celebrations may be in order for eXp World Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXPI) shareholders, with the analysts delivering a significant upgrade to their statutory estimates for the company. Consensus estimates suggest investors could expect greatly increased statutory revenues and earnings per share, with analysts modelling a real improvement in business performance.

Following the upgrade, the current consensus from eXp World Holdings' three analysts is for revenues of US$2.4b in 2021 which - if met - would reflect a major 67% increase on its sales over the past 12 months. Per-share earnings are expected to surge 108% to US$0.75. Previously, the analysts had been modelling revenues of US$1.8b and earnings per share (EPS) of US$0.47 in 2021. There has definitely been an improvement in perception recently, with the analysts substantially increasing both their earnings and revenue estimates.

All longs need to relax!! Expi crushed earnings, wall street can't ignore the earnings growth for long. Lost in the action yesterday is the following

    india launches this week
    mexico launches this month
portugal and france launch in december

Expi hired professional investor relations firm last week

Expi conference lasts all week, there will be a parade of positive news/developments/catalyst announced all week

This stock has a long runway ahead of it

    Zillow Group, Inc.
So, check this out. Zillow had 650 million in revenue in Q3 and $EXPI had 565 million revs in Q3 but EXPI is already profitable and growing revenues at a much faster 100% YOY growth rate and yet Zillow has a 25Billion marketcap while EXPI is under a 3Billion marketcap. Same distorted comparison for $RDFN vs EXPI.

This indicates that EXPI is multiple hundreds of percents undervalued compared to it's peers and a company like $EXPE should buy them out asap before the markets find out about EXPI and price it accordingly.

My 12 month target price $110.

Bought 50% $EXPI at $48. Better than 0% at $41. The bottom is in. My son runs a small internet based real estate company and sales are booming. I think this trend will continue long after covid is over. Revenue to price makes this stock grossly undervalued. But if somebody wants to drive the price down, I’ll gladly buy more.

I've been buying all the way to today. Of silly to think you can only make a gain $6. This thing will double by December's end.

While the recent drop of WFH stocks was due to vaccine news, people should question more the SP movement of PFE- currently up less than 5% (even though p/e is roughly 25) since their announcement and the CEO sold a huge chunk of shares. Something tells they’re not too confident on FDA approval. If that becomes the case, we should see a huge spike here along with the rest of the sector. While short term price movement has been on the downside and the stock has been showing weakness, the fundamental growth is there. I’m holding this until we see at least a 20B market cap (will only sell if there is a major disconnect between SP and growth), even if that takes years. I have strong confidence that this will be the largest real estate company in the world! Their platform is designed for real estate agents to WFA and who really wouldn’t want that? They have lower monthly costs for agents (85$/ month) than most big competitors and 40-60 hours of training available per week. The VirBELA growth is showing signs, but still not a major player in their revenue. They are still hiring talent, however, and with some improvements they can certainly expand further (still a very young product).

I'm very suspicious of post earnings price movement recently. APPS was dragged down -17% to $26 after reporting great results from its most recent quarter. It then shot up to $43 over the ensuing few days.

EXPI made revenue of 990 Million in all of 2019 and they just now made revenue of 564 Million in just Q3 of 2020. That is real, MASSIVE growth which is only accelerating month by month.

Those that load up big on today's profit taking will probably make a handsome sum very shortly.

I think we will see ATH easily after earnings Tuesday afternoon. Revenue should exceed 115% year-over-year and over 70% quarter over quarter. Net income should be north of 1500% year over year and 300% quarter over quarter! This is all based upon 2 1/2% of transactions incurred, this has been the average over the last 8 Qtrs.
