National Vision Holdings, Inc. (EYE) (“National Vision”) today announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary offering by certain of its stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”), including affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and private equity funds managed by Berkshire Partners LLC, of 12.5 million shares of common stock of National Vision pursuant to a registration statement filed by National Vision with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), at the public offering price of $40.50 per share. No shares are being sold by National Vision. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.
