One of Stockholm's absolutely most prominent streets in combination with a building which has a 100-year history and qualities, made Convendum choose the location for the company's next grandiose co-working space. Kungsgatan 9 with its almost 7,600 sqm will host everything from an open café in a street environment, to lounges, conference rooms, business service centres and separate areas for smaller companies.
CICERO has conducted an independent evaluation of Fabege from a sustainability perspective. The results reveal that 95 per cent of Fabege's revenue and investments for 2020 were classified as green. Furthermore, Fabege has received CICERO's highest rating, 'excellent', in an assessment of the company's sustainability governance.
Fabege has achieved an important milestone in its sustainability work as all of the company's loan agreements are now green. Therefore, Fabege is first among the Swedish property companies to exclusively choose green financing.
