    Please correct if I'm wrong. This amount of dividends will drop at the opening tomorrow. So, 2.46-1.37 = $ 1.09. And 1.37 dividend will cut 0.2 cents J.M. $ 1.35 will be deposited into our account per share. my insufficient english i apologized 😞✋👍👍

    If there is a God I'll pray to him. Dear Lord, please do not let FENG go above $1.25 until Monday when I can purchase more shares. I have a 1-year price target of $100 to $300 in parabellum with ROKU. If there is a God - perhaps he'll listen.

    JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as depositary of the ADSs (the "Depositary"), is expected to pay a cash distribution of US$1.3512 per ADS to the Company's ADS holders of record at the close of business on the Record Date after receipt of cash dividends on the Company's ordinary shares and deduction of its fees and expenses. The Depositary expects to pay the cash distribution to the Company's ADS holders on December 22, 2020.

    I guess you must hold untill tomorrow to receive the dividend. So tomorrow we will see it trading at 1.20 to 1.50, if everything goes the way it should.

    A wise investor or institution who put the bid in at $1.25 for 200,000 shares - slightly lower today but letting the sellers come to them. That's what I'm talking about, and I highly doubt that the person or institution who did so will regret it. Kudo's, most especially dipping slightly if that was the initial investment of a secondary.

    Anyone knows why FENG is up almost 10% today? Was $1.49.
    Thank you and good investments!

    Why was I so hot to trot on ROKU at $35 (without the funds to invest - now trading at $357). Because I bought one for $35 running off of Wifi and within that day immediately new this thing was going to take off big-time. I have all the movies I could ever want for free as well as binge watch series I've never before seen. More than that Roku (like FENG) reinvented the commercial aspect to a profitable basis similar to the way Google was able to monetize ad revenue in 2005. Therein lay the value of FENG.

    ***BE CAREFUL***$FENG Let's say you buy the stock for $2.20/share before Ex-Dividend Date and you sell it on or after the Ex-Dividend date. Let's say you now have $1.35/share dividend payout in the bank. Let's say you ended up selling $FENG for $1.20/share (VERY OPTIMISTIC). CAUTION::::You would think you made a net gain of $.45/share, right?
    Taxes: Section 1059 of Internal Revenue Code states a dividend over 10% is an "extraordinary dividend".
    Then $1.35/share is now taxed at 35% which is $.47/share. This means your dividend is now worth $.88.
    Uh oh you had a loss of $1/share from sale and only a net dividend payout of $.88/share for a **LOSS** of $.12/share.
    Additionally that $1/share capital loss can not be utilized because you did not have enough realized gains.
    If you bought 1,000 shares in this scenario you are now out of $120.
    If you are reading this after the Ex-dividend date and still have the shares let me know.

    What would be wise. A purchase order (bid) for 500,000 shares at $1.39 because next year FENG is probably going to do for the third year in a row the $1.37 per common share dividend and I think FENG is going to $100 per-share if not $300 within one year. Do your short thing today - but look one year down the road. FENG - "The ROKU of China.".

    I don't normally post. I want to protect people though. Let's unpack FENG special dividend. (Over %25 rule in effect)
    Important dates:
    Record date - 12/04/2020
    Pay date - 12/22/2020
    Ex-Dividend Date - 12/23/2020

    Scenarios:
    1) If you buy stock and hold until market open on 12/03/2020, you get dividend. + If own stock until market open on 12/23/2020, you keep dividend.

    2) If you buy stock and hold until market open on 12/03/2020, you get dividend. + If you do NOT own stock at market open on 12/23/2020, you do NOT keep the dividend. You pay it back through "Due Bill" process.

    3) If you don't own stock at market open on 12/03/2020, you do not get dividend. + If you buy stock and hold until market open on 12/23/2020, you get dividend through "Due Bill" process. (You could buy after record date and before Ex-Dividend date)

    Financial outlook:

    Nov 18 price: = ~$1.55
    Announcement date Nov 19
    Price: =~$2.33
    Div Price: =~$1.37
    Effective value: =~$0.96

    FENG value just dropped over %33 effectively!
    *+*+*CAUTION*+*+*
    This could be a sudden discount that might be an opportunity to get returns.
    However,
    This announcement could've been a way for previous investors who own the stock before the announcement to exit their positions before the drop. (Also known as a bait price increase) Do you think this Chinese company is honest?

    Over last years FENG has declined.
    Here's net income in RMB(¥):
    2015 = ¥72,385
    2016 = ¥78,220
    2017 = ¥34,424
    2018 = ¥(65,612) yes negative
    2019 = ¥724,002 from asset sale

    Additionally total operating expenses and liabilities have increased year after year and total revenues show a decrease as well.
    This is the non-GAAP adjusted income:
    2015 = ¥145,156
    2016 = ¥84,277
    2017 = ¥52,028
    2018 = ¥(54,585) yes negative
    2019 = ¥(316,176) yes negative

    FENG is having a fire sale of assets to increase liquidity and make income look positive. Companies do this to help previous investors exit their positions with little loss. If you invest in this company you risk losing your money.
