An interesting number for Mandiant. Click on "Analysis." Scroll down to "Growth Estimates." PROJECTED GROWTH RATE FOR MANDIANT OVER NEXT 5 YEARS ( PER ANNUM ) IS 91%.

No one can justify owning FireEye in the past. But a numbers comparison between Mandiant and Palo Alto today seems promising. Mandiant's stock price today is $18. If the price goes to just $25, that is a price increase of 40%. Palo Alto's stock price today is $530. Its stock price would have to increase to $740 to match Mandiant's gain of 40%. I believe the odds are better with Mandiant.

Robinhood said it contained the breach, notified law enforcement and enlisted security firm Mandiant Inc. to investigate the matter. Mandiant Chief Technology Officer Charles Carmakal said Robinhood “conducted a thorough investigation to assess the impact.”

Well I heard some pluses & minuses discussed today but one thing that management said was that before the year end, there will be a couple of strategic partnerships announced that will "move the leverage forward". So trying to think positive, even though our share price may dip near term, perhaps we will find some support & rebound by the end of this year. Seems to me that there is limited downside risk at this point and the picture should get progressively better each quarter in 2022 (Note: though 4th Q '21 could be disappointing with FireEye/Mandiant transition expenses etc.).

The one thing I would like to add is that I wish management had spoken more directly to the long term shareholder during the conference call and addressed the issue of our dismal stock performance over the past eight years. Although the CFO mentioned that they expect to be "Operating Margin Positive" in 2023 that was basically it about focusing on the bottom line. Management is highly compensated and I think they would do well by being more shareholder friendly.

With the sell of Feye Mndt gets rid of 637,669 of liabilities and $500,000 of assets. This should give them 2billion in cash and debt of 412,331 million. With partnerships of Microsoft and Splunk we shall see big increase in sales and of course our local and unlocal hackers are marketing the product as well. Our long suffering wait should pay off.

Insiders keep buying 16.50-17.50 here's one today just listed.

Mandia needs to retire since no one is smart enough to fire him. Worker bees in a regular company get fired for the smallest of mistakes and he keeps his job, absolutely amazing!!!

$17.40s is where the insiders were buying .. kinda critical to hold that imo .. would be a good tell if that's where they are putting the buyback to work.

Should be at least a $40 stock now with FireEye out of the picture. Possibly higher once the financials reflect Mandiant's growth. MNDT's revenue hit $400M in 2020, up 20% from 2019. Sales were up 25%. They expect to hit $1B in revenue by 2025. That's a 20%+ CAGR.
