How can FGMNX show/post NO change yesterday (4/20/20) while
    Vanguard's VFIJX/VFIIX posts a loss of 0.28%,
T Rowe Price's PRGMX posts a loss of 0.21%, and
    Payden's PYGNX posts a loss of 0.31%.

Are the Fidelity Managers better at managing the fund or are there differences in how these companies calculate the closing price of these funds? From Price's low of 0.21% to Payden's high of 0.31%, does something need better explaining here? Clearly these are all fine GNMA funds, and over long haul there is little difference in their yields; any of them would be a good choice for an Intermediate term Government Bond Fund.

Does this pay a monthly dividend? And when does it pay out?

For what it's worth..I keep 2 to 3 years of living expenses in this fund and make automatic monthly withdrawals. It doesnt move much and helps me to sleep at night. The rest of my portfolio is growth and income and moves with the vagaries of the market.
