The market is dumping everything again today. People might not be buying new cars or driving for pleasure, but they will need to buy rubber for all the extra miles they will be walking.

2,681,931 shares been bought in Q1 ,shares outstanding decreasing very nice which means more Value for shareholders, current Book per share is over 34$ ,market Price 32.11 (08.06.2022). which means you're giving 32$ and receiving 34$ that gives you 5% annual dividends plus a steady record of free cash from Operations which means more future value plus the remaining $1,143 Million Dollars from repurchase program. if you don't find this as a bargain then you're living in the wrong planet.

One reason that I am optimistic about FL is that it emerged from the Pandemic with increasing market share due to its financial strength and omni-channel. There were few competitors such as Payless Shoes closing their stores for good. The net effect is that the winners such as FL will get it all with selections, omni channel and global scalability.

People don't need shoes during a recession.

Hmm... Foot locker has taken out 50 million shares in the last 10 years. Their free cash flow essentially doubled last 10 years as well. Todays market is same as 2012. If foot locker just ignore the noise and buy back 50 million shares in 4 to 5 years. The stock will double. Plus it will continue to give out its dividend in a safe manner.

FL increases sales from Adidas is a smart move as Adidas recorded increased sales for the last two world cup events. Adidas '2022 World Cup' Copa Sense+ boots will be a hot item.

World cup is coming..... FL will be amazingly hot. Have you watched the French Tennis Open lately? The running and sporting shoes are the norm now as the casual wear is a trend globally. I like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Fila, etc. and other brands are all in FL.

Recession will lower the price of the stock. PERFECT. We will do buyback much faster and when it rises when the economy comes back after 3-4 years. The stock price will jump a lot quicker. With higher dividend.
T
Buy stocks that are doing buyback as the stock price goes down. When it bounds it will bound hard.
Have you guys ever heard of (http://Themaxgains.tech)? The picks on there are way better than FL

We all knew FL was undervalued and this earnings just proves that. GL to everyone that held and accumulated.

as soon as investors confidence in the market returns this baby will see very nice gains, if you have the guts to load up right now and hold through downturns , your rewards from FL will not disappoint you

Buying shoes online is possible since more than 10 years. Foot locker kept making good money the last ten years and will do so in the coming 10 years.

Foot Locker's earnings looks like a miracle and a well managed company when you compare to competitor's numbers and how the whole sector is getting hammered with losses !
D
When insiders are buying, you better believe that the stock price will go up.

Guess the company is buying shares today

Simple math is always best:
On their last 2 acquisition they paid approximately 2x revenue for the company. (WSS & Atmos) So that is the current business valuation in the retail industry for takeovers/acquisitions.
2x Foot locker revenue is 16B. Lets be very verd conservative and make it a 10B Company minimum! 200% upside potential. + dividend +stock buybacks (of course, at these prices)

this one is really overlooked...if their buyback plan is going to work, this can be an easy triple opportunity, hope we dont have ER crash again....
