Ad tech company Rocket Fuel is being acquired by for $125.5 million by Sizmek, a privately owned company in the same business owned by private-equity firm Vector Capital. The $2.60 price is about 90 percent below the IPO price of Redwood City-based Rocket Fuel (FUEL) when it went public in 2013. It is also below the company's closing price of $2.69 on Monday.
