Contract manufacturer Flex Ltd. has cut 48 temporary employees who worked at one of its locations in Milpitas. The Singapore-based company laid off the workers starting on Nov. 10, according to a letter filed the next day to state employment officials from Horacio Ramirez, an employee relations manager at Aerotek Inc., a staffing agency that was the workers' direct employer.
