GGP appears to suggest upside opportunity. check out awe-some*sto-cks, its a pretty reliable service. of course you have to do your own due diligence, but they generally point you in the right direction.
I think GGP might have reached its upward limit and that a pullback may be possible. Im not sure about you guys but awesom*sto-cks has provided me with some pretty good trade ideas. I messed up executing some of them but thats on me.
In the short-term GGP does not seem to be like a good trade. have you guys heard of Awe-Som.e.Sto-cks.. i started receiving their allerts and so far i am happy.
Very difficult to see GGP not making a big run north. Not sure how awe-some*sto-cks finds all these incredible trade ideas but im happy.
Down over 5% as I type....what is going on??
GGP may be a compelling opportunity. check out awe-SOME-stocks, its a pretty reliable service. of course you have to do your own due diligence, but they generally point you in the right direction.
How many of you were GGP Wise???
My guess is that GGP is due for a pullback in the short-run. if you guys have questions you should ask AWEsome-Stocks-s. They often respond to my emails which is helpful.

True on-line been around for a long time and cuts into the brick & mortar but their will always be these stores and GGP is the highend segment not strip-malls
Thousands of mainline stores closing mainly due to on-line shopping.......this will eventually leave malls looking like ghost towns with lots of empty rental space and it will hurt the bottom line of companies like GGP - -
I could start listing closing, but just BING Search 2017 retail closings Many of these are anchor stores at malls all across America.....
Here are a few more big-name stores that when closed will greatly affect Mall Rental Space - just do a Web Search on: Retail collapse: The 23 biggest chains closing stores this year Or search the following: These major retailers are expected to close nearly 3,000 stores this year
Unfortunately, I just do not see how this will not hurt GGP and dramatically erode their PPS
I rarely like to bet against a company (it is almost as if I am hoping they falter), but in this case I believe it is a foregone conclusion and the writing is already on the wall.......
So, in this case I am considering a short position as well
Great messages on here - NOT-- I found GGP from this XXX site and from XXX site.. Got an alert on GGP from XXX site. What a waste of time posting all that garbage. This entry will detail my position that the Mall REIT category is in significant jeopardy of potential massive losses of shareholder value in the foreseeable future, and why I am long on puts and s…
The trading setup for GGP looks very alluring with forward (P/E) hitting 33.17. The last time things got this interesting there were explosions. google awesomesto-cks - they offer pretty good trade alerrts. you dont have to trade their tickers but it definetly helps you recognize possible patterns for stocks you're trading.
