What is the basis of the lawsuit? The company Livanos and Onassis families recommend to vote yes, but they don’t get a vote. Only thos with skin in the game can vote so as in a democracy the majority will rule. Vote NO to avoid this bad deal.

Based on the stock price selling well above $5.80 it appears that the consensus is that this buyout will not happen. At least not for a cash deal of $5.80. I hope the institutions that own GLOG are paying attention and I suspect they are. It would appear that because they plan to vote no they are accumulating.

GLOG - Blackrock Deal - Game over.

This stock will be delisted after Black Rock has bought the company at 5.80 USD per share.

So there is no reason further to invest money above 5.80 USD at this stock.

Looks like we will collect another dividend before management attempts to steal our shares. Join the lawsuit and keep holding. If we all stay strong we can prevail.

I wonder whether the co will pay a final dividend before they go private. It would be great if they pay a special extra divi to soften up the loss to us small holders !!!

Bought more GLOG today at $5.80. According to Yahoo Finance there are 86 institutions (non-insiders) owning 21.84% of the stock. I believe it is easy to conclude this is a $20 stock. The worst thing that happens is the deal goes through and I get my money back perhaps with a dividend between now and then. If the deal doesn't go through which I think is a good chance (86 institutions recognize value) BR or someone else will likely sweeten the offer. If that doesn't happen it's a stock I want to own and I believe it may dip but in a year I think I'd be very happy to own it at $5.80. Not betting the ranch on this hypothesis.

Something going on with GLOP. Usually trade .5 million shares per day, today 145 million. Since GLOG owns 38% of GLOP it’s bound to affect GLOG.

Nobody seems to be posting anything here anymore. Sadly i fear we have all accepted that the $5.80 offer is final and there is nothing we can do to change matters. Have most of you sold your shares or are waiting for the cash offer to materialize ?

The delisting should happen at or around the end of June......... Correct ?

LONDON: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) ships are set to receive an earnings boost from restocking demand after colder conditions drove a scramble for supplies and record high freight rates, a top LNG tanker player said.
A cold snap in Europe and Asia in January and in North America last month increased heating demand, prompting prices to jump in several markets, while inventories fell.
Don't let them steal our shares! Vote No!!!

    From Seeking Alpha:
    Summary
GasLog reported a solid quarter along with a surprising press release to take the company private at $5.80 as per Blackrock's offering.
The deal greatly undervalues the company, hence expect shareholders to vote against it. We believe a fair value/share would be for at least $10.
We continue holding both GasLog and its preferred shares but decided to sell GasLog Partners' preferreds amid growing risks post a potential deal closing.

If it’s a good deal for us to sell at $5.80 why aren’t Livanos and Onassis selling their stock? They’re signaling that we stock holders should vote NO!!!

What is there to post until the vote happens? I think there is a large group
Of holders waiting to vote no and derail this theft. Still here
