Hey all, veteran KSHB holder here. Not super familiar with GNLN but would love your perspective: With a float this small, do you think they are going to dilute post merger to raise capital?

Kush's recent QTR was terrific.
KUSH&GNLN sales in their first qtr. together as GNLN is going to be interesting.
Most important--that qtr as one company needs to rock. And ROCK hard.
Hi everybody. There’s a ton of folks who are posting incorrect information about outstanding shares before and after the deal. I’m sure nobody is trying to spread false information it’s just a matter of sifting through all the details which on the Greenlane side are difficult to understand.
Simply put Green Lane has approximately 42 million shares outstanding. Kush will have approximately 150 million shares outstanding, which includes the shares added after the latest dilution.
Once the merger is complete Greenlane will still have 42 million shares outstanding and Kush holders will now have 25% of 150 million which is approximately 37.5 million shares.
The 3 to 1 split of GNLN shares that was referenced in the merger agreement refers to ONLY the class C voting shares. These voting shares will now equal one vote instead of the previous three. This will clean up the different share classes that GNLN has.
Day before the merger was announced kush shares closed at $1.14 * 150 mil. Shares = $171 million market cap.
Day before the merger GNLN shares closed at $4.09 * 42 mil. Shares = $172 million.
It’s a merger of equal valued companies.
1 + 1 = 3.
Mr. Market likes the deal as indicated by GNLN up 50% in 2 days after merger announced.

Alpha drove down the mj sector GNLN will trade between 5.40 and 6 until merger then the upgrades by analysts and guidance will drive the sp up until we get a full quarter of earnings.

I’ve been trying to figure out why $KSHB would be selling at a 15% discount to $GNLN after merger announcement. I’m guessing here but I think the difference might be explained by the fact that institutional investors can’t buy OTC stocks. So.. If those investors want exposure to KSHB they must buy GNLN. Think about it... this is a very unique scenario where retail investors actually have the advantage over institutions. Whether you prefer Greenlane’s business or Kushco’s, you should be taking advantage and loading up on KSHB shares. Math don’t lie.

No one on this board is interested in the KSHB earnings and the call?....your new boss is laying out your future
Not worried about the price (although a bit odd). Listed now. Combined revenues substantial. Combined customer base dominant. Finally should get the valuation it deserves. Prediction: $8 as $GNLN

Nice green day...........
B
This is a 10$ at least

Whoever is manipulating the price is trying to get as many cheap shares as possible before merger. It's clear they're trying to get it down to $5 before their options expire tomorrrow. Keep trying. I'm loading up today!

Matthew Lohr, has a target price of $12 by July. KSHB, great buying opportunity too!

Hello $GNLN board. Here comes the $KSHB crew! Excited to ride to the next level as GNLN. Long term KSHB holder here. I still need to listen to the last few GNLN ER calls but I believe Nick K can lead us to the promised land. He’s been promising us Nasdaq for some time and has now delivered.

Options action indicates a share valuation of over $10 per share. Buying more shares today. Buying shares of KSHB (being acquired by GNLN), shares would be worth $2.50 per share, big upside.
G
Is this worth buying an April 9 option for $7.50?
M
Hello GNLN crew I owned 200k KSHB shares this morning now I own 50k GNLN shares congratulations on your win.
R
Maybe last chance to buy?!
C
Hi everyone, I’m a small investor and bought GNLN on March 31, then the next day I see there is a class action lawsuit. Am I supposed to opt into that? Thanks!

folks-GNLN is the new 800 lb go-rilla in the MJ space. Within 2 qtrs this claim will be verifiable--the SP is NOT going to be $8/sh...likely between $15 and $20/sh. NY state just opened up to MJ sales, they are legal as of today. The largest single, defined mkt on the planet is now OPEN for legal MJ biz. Orville Wright just got styled by a sonic boom. He liked it.
The road ahead is wide open, no competition of GNLN's scale. No competitor of GNLN's mgt. talent. Market dominance brings large revenue inflows.
In two qtrs, lets revisit the SP trajectory and drink a 50 year old scotch. Greenlane is going places UP TOP and fast. IMO.

This is price is temporary. Calls options expiring April 16 has a high open interest striking at 7.50
4/20 is literally a stoners holiday. Do the math, money, money, money.

Here's a piece of good news - GNLN is one of 12 stocks covered this week in the Charting the Market feature in today's Barron's. The blurb is short and direct: "The head-shop supplier will acquire KushCo, which supplies raw materials and services to cannabis manufacturers. New York's governor signed a legalization law."
