I'm pretty sure the ultimate plan is to keep amassing brands until they get bought out. It's pretty genius actually, and nobody sees it.

No one trusts this company. Kids could care less about Shaq and Arnold. They don’t even know that they exist. I’m a baggie holding for 14 months now. Guys and girls, I understand you think you made a wise investment, but you didn’t. You will never see a return. This entire company is a scam run by Beverly Hills executives. The content is horrible and cheap.

I do hate how Andy manipulates this stock, but I do have to say I really liked Superhero Kindergarten. It's well done. Is it $500 million worth of well done? Probably not.

I love how CEO Andy is always bragging about the company's $140 million cash reserve and no debt while also downplaying the importance of revenue and losses. Outstanding shares stand at 300 million currently. 46.7 cents per share is the cash part, so we all know that's built in to the share price. So basically he thinks selling shares to his accredited investors and banking the cash takes a lot of skill on the part of the CEO. His real skill is as writer, producer, executive producer, etc. on the various GNUS programs. BTW, he's paid separately for those credits, in addition to the CEO pay and benefits.

O M G... I just had a flash forward and saw this thing past $50 a share. When? It was in the 2020’s but not sure what year exactly. IT IS GONNA HAPPEN. MARK MY WORDS. Laugh now shorts and haters but count on it.

Everyone has their own opinions on what makes a good investment, their risk tolerance, time horizons, etc. - I respect that. Personally, I entered the financial industry in 1995, so have seen a LOT of similar stories to what we're seeing now with Genius, all with stocks that anyone would have wished they held.

I too am not enthralled with Genius' revenue performance, nor Andy's over-hyping of PRs lately. It does seem that Andy also fails to understand that many shareholders have been patient for years, so there comes a point when they rightfully expect the "building" phase to enter the "revenue-building" phase. It is also easy for a team that likely has exceptional pay packages and healthy personal balance sheets, from years of high-level positions and success, to keep telling everyone to "be patient"...but those committing serious retirement and investment money rightfully have opportunity cost and risk to consider here.

That said, I am committed to GNUS for the long haul until I see serious deterioration in fundamentals. One read of the recent shareholder letter reminds me, from my favorite investment book of all time "The Intelligent Investor", that Mr. Market doesn't always reflect the true opportunity value of a company, and that is where savvy investors find tremendous opportunities, but through patience. We live in a world now where the market moves so fast, many want to see substantial returns very quickly, so anything that ties up capital and take time, seems too long to hold - especially when watching other fast moving opportunities pass by. We also live in a time with extreme volatility and stock manipulation, which makes the ride even more difficult to stomach the ups and downs.

But Genius is becoming a serious company with an unbelievable team at the helm. Sometimes you invest in the assets of a company, not the current revenue stream, and that can become your greatest investment long term. This was the case of AAPL, NFLX, AMZN, MSFT, MNST, and many other great success stories...but back when they were "building", and long before they became the stories we know today.

I believe Genius' positive mission for children, the property and proprietary assets, the vertical integration approach, the extremely experienced team, and other high profile successful people joining the mission, will all come together to become another great success story long term. And any good dip created by algos, manipulative institutional selling, weak hands, and short-term-thinking traders, are excellent opportunities to continue accumulating an incredible opportunity.

There is risk to any investment, and I don't fault those for losing patience of being upset at some of Andy's handling of things. But stay focused on the core of what you're investing in, and not all the "Noise". Noise has cost countless shareholders many incredible opportunities. GL to all.

Can someone tell me why this stock is down??????

    stocks.
Best to wait until $1.50 before buying shares. I have learned to trade 10k shares GNUS for $1 moves, sell, wait, repeat. I have concluded this is a trading stock, not an investment. And don't get greedy, you will get burnt. Looking forward to a 4th trade. Investing long-term won't make you a genius.
