$GPORQ... I am so confused as whether to HOLD or SELL... Will the BK eliminate my common shares as having ANY value and untradeable??? 100% sure on that? IF my common shares exist AFTER the BK I wanna HOLD.... BUT... IF they go to zero (and what is the date for that?) I wanna sell NOW!!!! Any advise from those3 in the know... Thank you in advance...

Let's think simple. Business was difficult because of COVID-19. Now other oil companies are recovering. And the proportion of natural gas will increase in the future. Gulfport is a natural gas company. The end

Perhaps a ray of light here. "Gulfport expects to exit the chapter 11 process with leverage below two times and rapidly delever thereafter due to a much-improved cost structure driven by reduced legacy firm transport commitments and costs. Gulfport has also received a commitment from its existing lenders to provide $580 million in exit financing upon EMERGENCE from chapter 11." Hopefully, onward from self-imposed chaos and bad decisions to order and future prosperity. Source: https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/gulfport-receives-court-approval-first-161100044.html

    Hello everyone,
For those who want to know what to do with their GPORQ. You have a decision to make.

The company is undervalued and Is solvent, if the management updates the oil and gas prices for their reserves book. And heavily solvent if they choose to account for the reserves associated with amount of wells they can drill in the next 5 years.

Decide if you think management is crooked and will sell the equity holders out. Then decide if you believe a lower creditor class will challenge the priority creditors valuation.

Is worth at least 1 dollar. Bankruptcy cannot bring debt to zero. After all, it's a debt, so it's best to run a business. And the natural gas of the future will be even more valuable. So I will come back to the NASDAQ. If common stock is extinguished. Still, existing shareholders will be able to trade on otc for at least $0.15.

The recent mailing lists the various "Classes" with Claims & Interest in these proceedings. Most important question is, "In what Class does the owner of Common Shares fall in to?" Many thanks for some clarification.

unfortunately all of my bets on companies way down on their luck like this one have died with the company. Conversely and fortunately I have not yet lost my shirt by trying to bottom feed. A couple hundred lost here' and, a couple hundred lost there' does not yet add up to a material loss. All that said, I have not yet hit on a success story. Is it going to be Gulfport energy?? All that said, I continue to toss my spare pocket change from other trades into this every day.... Hoping here for a win. this one is like a total bet on a single slot on the roulette wheel - the way i see it.

With current Oil price of $60 and going towards $100, Gas going to $3.50 this year, can the Bankruptcy be approved? It may hit the management hard and backfire (no pun intended)!

Docket 751 includes FAQ from SEC (copied/pasted) that addresses m the Debtor use of actual pricing for impairments be replaced by realized pricing including hedges potentially reinstating shareholders equity. I decided the SEC is the proper Authority to argue this point, and have placed a complaint with the SEC to that end. I am available today to review the nature of the argument to the Court, but the SEC is the proper authority.
