It is lost and can’t find its way. PE of 12 is fair value.

I told people in Nov last year to get out, it was overvalued. No surprise.

Depending on Apple's Satellite pricing, inreach could sadly become obsolete as it is way way way to expensive.

T-Mobile and SpaceX's partnership to provide text, voice, data coverage in remote geographies over Starlink satellites to cellphones for practically free will likely hurt $IRDM and $GRMN

People thought they could pay a PE of over 20 for a stock barely growing. That’s what happened here. Warned you for half a year.

Doh! I just dropped $599 on a Garmin unit....clunky interface. Kind of reminds me of Windows in 1993.
Now my watch will be able to fill most of those needs....
Let's see if I can get $300 for the brand new Garmin on eBay....

Classic example of the market overreacting to news making it look worse than what it is in reality. As usual fundamentals are forgotten and panic takes on. ER were solid as usual, previsions were adjusted due to inflation and coming recession. I might consider buying more as soon as the dust settles. This company is well managed.

Gains erased after market closure. This is still in a steep downtrend.

This doesn't justify a forward P/E of over 20 when revenue declined nearly 7%, fitness was down 30% and earnings down nearly 19%.
    A P/E of 12 to 15 is where this is heading - $60 perhaps

Even with this strong market rally. Garmin down in the dumps

30% down on fitness, their biggest division. Automotive slowly dying given more auto manufacturers are giving in to Apple CarPlay and Android. Marine Division 7% down. Things are getting tough for Garmin as it fights for relevance in the GPS space. Dollar strength isn't going away, and the company has guided for lower earnings in 22 and 23.
With free cash flow of just $5M and a dividend payout of over $150m.
The only way this can go is to drift down from a P/E of 19.

Tencent Holdings Ltd. logged its first-ever revenue decline after online advertising sales fell by a record, underscoring the extent to which China’s worsening economy is hurting its biggest corporations.
This is hitting Alibaba significantly as the situation in China deteriorates and Garmin will be caught up in the downdraft.
