Global Warming Solutions Inc enters highly profitable electric vehicle conversion markets

Jacksonville, Florida, Dec. 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Warming Solutions Inc., (OTC MARKETS: GWSO), through It’s fully owned subsidiary: Alterna Motors, LLC. announced today that it has entered the lucrative EV conversion market with a cost-effective retrofitting solution for e-mobility. Alterna Motors is partnering with European based; Classic Electro LLC., to install universal electric kits that will transform conventional cars into EV’s. “We have been looking for a strategic partnership in Eastern Europe for quite some time now and have finally found it. The transportation sector is the largest producer of greenhouse gases, and the rise of electric cars will help to combat this. The German government wants to establish themselves as the leading supplier of electric mobility. California is also set to phase out the sale of all gasoline-powered vehicles by 2035 in a bid to lead the U.S. in reducing greenhouse gas emissions by encouraging the state's drivers to switch to electric cars. Also, the U.K. plans to ban sales of gasoline- and diesel-powered passenger cars in 2035. The French government is currently planning to eliminate gas and diesel cars by 2040. Norway has also aimed to do the same in 2025.  Trying to build an electric car company requires a lot of time and money. The retrofitting of certain model passenger cars and commercial fleets, as well as vintage cars, is an intelligent and quicker way to enter the industry. That’s why we have chosen Classic Electro LLC. as our partner. They have a strong background and experience in building the products and delivering them to the customers.” said Vladimir Vasilenko, CEO of Global Warming Solutions, Inc. The company is looking to open its own retrofitting centers or create special arrangements with Auto Repair Shops by the beginning of 2021. Germany will be the first market the company plans to enter. "The markets for used electric vehicles that are subject to environmental improvement meeting the level of electric transport are multiplying before our eyes.  My company since 2018 has been engaged in the conversion process. We know this market well, and with the support of Alterna Motors we can expand exponentially and take the leading position in the EV space,” stated Sergey Zhiltsov,  CEO of Classic Electro LLC.To learn more about Global Warming Solutions, Inc. GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTIONS INC ACHIEVES BREAKTHROUGH IN RESEARCH OF NEW BATTERIES FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Jacksonville, Florida, Dec. 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The research and development department of Global Warming Solutions, Inc. (OTC MARKETS: GWSO), has found a very cost-effective way of producing a solid electrolyte for batteries that can be used for EV. The company has already started laboratory testing of the battery’s electrochemical cells. The company’s approach in developing a new type of battery used in EV will be based on sodium as an active material in the battery anodes versus lithium which is more commonly used. Sodium has a number of advantages over lithium e.g.; resources for its production are immeasurably larger and its price on the market is ten times lower than that of lithium. In addition, the battery cathode does not contain scarce cobalt. This opens up opportunities for rapid growth in both development, and battery production for electric vehicles by costing much less than usual. The company is in the final stages of filing a worldwide patent application for a new EV technology based on this sodium-based device.“The first results we are seeing in our laboratory tests of new electrochemical cells are very encouraging,” says Artem Madatov, GWSO chief scientist. Calculations based on measurements of the cell characteristics showed a battery capacity of 8 MJ / kg. This means that with a battery weight of 300 kg (661 lbs.), a light truck can travel for about 750 miles on a single charge. Another important feature of our battery is the absence of the so-called "memory effect.” E.g.; during long-term operation of the battery, its electrical capacity does not decrease. Durability of the cathode and anode will allow recharging the battery about 2000 times. Thus, operating an EV for 1,500,000 miles will not require a battery change.GWSO Chief Executive Officer Dr. Vladimir Vasilenko noted that the low cost of sodium batteries has expanded the market for the sale of our new product. In addition to the electric car industry, other market niches are opening up, such as major capacity batteries for electric ocean-going ships, electric boats and yachts. Existing markets, such as the market for stationary electrical energy storage, will also expand significantly. At the same time, the development of battery production will not be limited by the rate of lithium supply. “We plan to double the sales of our products year over year, ”said Dr. Vasilenko. To learn more about Global Warming Solutions, Inc. Global Warming Solutions Inc. Announces Successful Completion of PCAOB Audit. Introduces New Product Line.

Jacksonville, Florida, Nov. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Warming Solution Inc., (OTC MARKETS: GWSO), is pleased to announce that it has completed an audit of its financial statements for fiscal years 2019 and 2018.  The Company can now start up-listing to the OTCQB Alternative Reporting Standards and Guidelines. The audited financial statements for fiscal 2019 and 2018 have been filed at OTC Markets. CEO Vladimir Vasilenko stated, “The company has now completed PCAOB audits for the previous two fiscal years and is now in compliance with all of the requirements needed to advance the company’s future growth.” On a more exciting note, we are thrilled to introduce a new hybrid method to deploy HLE (Healthy Lighting Energy) with Ozone for killing pathogenic microorganisms- bacteria, fungi/molds and viruses. Ozone has been recognized as a natural killer of viruses in nature. The company’s HLE (Healthy Lighting Energy) of special lighting system that was designed, works synergistically with Ozone in killing microbes not only in air and on a surface of any materials, food and any other products or clothing but also within them because of high penetration ability (up to 10 cm or 4 inches) of HLE in a volume of solid or liquid matters of a treated object. This synergistic effect makes our sterilization technology unique and safe at the same time because HLE does not deploy any dangerous radiation including UV-C light. The hybrid systems that combined portable or stationary Ozone generators, with HLE lighting bars or panels can be used effectively in crowded hospitals, public spaces, closed public transportation, and indoor homes. The company is working on bringing to the market an ozonated water device within faucet systems. Ozone is a much stronger disinfectant in destroying viruses and bacteria in the water when compared with chlorine. The University of Dundee evaluated the anti-microbial efficiency of ozone water from an ozone generating faucet. They found that it’s antimicrobial properties are 100 times stronger and react 3000 times faster than chlorine as a disinfectant within the first minute. Ozone leaves no trace of residual products upon oxidative reaction. After 20 minutes, ozonated water reverts into plain water and oxygen gas. They believed that the use of ozone water may reduce the usage of toxic chemical disinfectants up to 50%application of this device is endless as light sources can be used in most industries. The company is expecting a tremendous interest in the product and has already been approached by some of the largest international distributors which we expect to be followed by many orders.
