Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today affirmed the B1 corporate family rating (CFR) and B1-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Neftserviceholding LLC (NSH), a Russian independent oilfield services (OFS) company. The affirmation of the ratings reflects Moody's expectation that the company will have sufficient operational resilience and financial buffer to withstand the market downturn in 2020-21 without a deterioration in its credit quality. Its credit metrics should also remain commensurate with the B1 rating in 2020-21.

Russia lowered its oil output to 11.23 million barrels per day (bpd) last month from 11.25 million bpd in September, missing again its obligations under a global pact to curb production, energy ministry data showed on Saturday.
