Delivered strong results with an Adjusted EBITDA improvement of 9% year-over-year

HOLLYWOOD, FL, May 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Healthier Choices Management Corp. (OTC Pink: HCMC) today announced its financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2021.

First Quarter 2021 Results and Highlights:

Net sales from operations amounted to approximately $3.5 million, down 14% from the same period last year; a significant portion of the decline related to last March’s COVID-19 sales surge in the grocery segment.

Total operating expense was approximately $2.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021; a decrease of 15%.

Net loss from operations was approximately $696,000; a 1% decline from the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA loss amounted to $394,000, an improvement of approximately 9% when compared to the same period last year.

Jeffrey Holman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Healthier Choices Management Corp., said, “We are pleased with our first quarter results which reflect the normalizing of sales and the increasingly improving momentum of our operating cost reductions.”

Mr. Holman concluded, “We continue with our commitment to better the fundamentals of our operations. The progress made is largely attributable to simplifying our structure and sharpening our focus, and we believe that our businesses are well poised to continue delivering operational improvement.”

Okay guys gather round. What will actually help this company is if we buy their actual products. So this is why the company need to raise 100m dollars by offering discounted shares. We need to be buying their actual products to help the company!!!! The only benefits the share price gives the company is the ability to borrow more money. And we dont want that. The ceo being a smart guy has decided to raise actual money and actual cash. Real physical cash they can use to boost the company. Buying shares is just helping the person who owned them before you. Which is the brokers. Now im not saying thats bad. But stick with me a moment. Now the brokers seeing so much demand for this stock have it in their best interests to short the same stock they're selling to you. Because they will make money from shorting and also from the spreads. The company can only get use out of all this by the rights offering so make sure to buy then. And also buy their physical products. For every 100 dollars of stock you buy just spend 15 on their site. Help them if you believe in them. Now brokers are making a killing regardless. The only people taking a hit right now are hcmc and us. You want to stick it to the man? Keep this market alive and buy their products.

that was actually really good earnings for what the company is during the times we are in. its not a major company but 3.4M revenue this last quarter is good. the money they have from investments can help them build more stores and that 3.4m can grow rapidly. 1-2 years from now this can make it to .25 or more. if they win the lawsuit expect this to jump straight to dollars within a year

This is more than normal. Stock always goes down when a company offer shares at a discount. It will go up after it. Load up on shares and hold strong 💪🏼🚀

Where individuals place their sell limits has absolutely no effect on the market. This stock is down because of dilution. Not to mention, the company doesn’t have much going on besides a few grocery stores, a few vape stores, and some unused dormant patents. This stock is only all about the lawsuit like I’ve been saying for six months. I own a boatload of it because I’m fairly certain there’s going to be a nice settlement and the company will buy back a majority of its shares, causing this thing to jump to a dime.. maybe even to a dollar. That’s the long and short of it. Argue all u want. Nothing u say will change the fact of the matter.

Plug power, NCLH, QS to name a few companies who offered shares a discount. The stock went down and then went up after it. Be patient and hold strong. I could have sold at 5K profit but I’m holding for 6 and 7 digits 💪🏼🚀

I'm currently holding 800,000 share with HCMC. Once I'm allowed to buy my 200,000 shares for 25% discounted I will be doing so, On top of that I have switched to buying any vitamins & Supplements I need from HCMC & Encourage EVERYONE who is currently holding shares to do so as well. This will sure to boost Quarterly Earnings reports which Helps raise our shares price just by supporting them on thing we already buy from places like Amazon & Grocery/Pharmacy already.

    LAWSUIT RULING...???
As promised here is the legal lawyers evaluation for the ongoing HCMC. V. PM. lawsuit

    https://youtu.be/d6zwR3lCDpI

Item NO 31 on the Court docket is what we are now waiting for the Judges decision to end the STAY PERIOD.... make the next decision.

GLTA LONGS.... Hold and buy the rights offering for your 25% DISCOUNT shares...

Do your own DD, i believe that the other cases worldwide will also help set up the precedent for the case to be heard.... However i am not a lawyer or a financial advisor.... I expect that any decision will still be made after the rights offering....

I think it’s important for my fellow HCMC ARMY to understand this basic fact :

If someone wants to short HCMC, they can only borrow the shares from someone who owns them and has not entered a sell limit order. In other words, if Richard buys 1million shares and doesn’t set a high sell limit of let’s say $1, his shares are available for someone else to buy/borrow at the current ask price for the purpose of shorting.

If Richard sets a sell limit order of $1, that means that in order for someone to short the shares, they have to buy/borrow them for $1. And nobody is gonna do that.

So, the lesson here is, all the people who own shares of HCMC and want to see it rise, put high sell limits so that people can’t borrow your shares to short the stock!!

instead of a HCMC day they should've had a day where all shareholders spend $100 on HCMC products... so about 400,000 shareholders X $100 = $40,000,000 id say that would look good on the quarterly earnings report

can i just say the news hcmc has like the discount share offering, the lawsuit, earnings report etc and all of that to come is nothing but good news, if people wanna sell then they can there’s no way this company will be in the mud even if it takes them 5 more years they will reach $1 but if u think this company will go bust especially with the social media attention they’ve had, they’ve literally got a head start from every other company that’s started small, your choice i’m in long, 2 years time i could almost guarantee 0.1 with the aims this company has and 0.1 for us holders right now is a hell of a lot of money

WOW...Big things pending and a big club discount ahead. Why is this tanking? Not inspiring much confidence here as I'm beginning to think this is going to get a lot cheaper. No way they can control what happens with the large float or the legal case. Diminishing equity or dead money is the uncertain future. I'm sitting chill, win or lose standing pat for a long ride....

This will be my last comment for a while and my true opinion. I believe the FED, BIG BIG Government and the banks etc are playing all the short investors like a fiddle. They know if they can force a market drop that many that were planning on holding LONG positions will give up and sell out of fear. Then the government locks in a ton of money for itself in capital gains. Good luck to all but I will hold personally and keep buying. Stonks always go up.... $OPTI $CAPC $GTLL $HCMC $SSL $CTRM $HQGE $JETR $DIIBF $VYST $VISL $VCYT
