As of 12/31/2019, HEBT has $3.4M on hand. And it did a private placement to finance $6.5M which closed recently. The closing price is $6.21 per share (Now it is $18 per share).... HEBT announced an acquisition of a Chinese financial company. However, the company is selling valves and pipes..... Where is the synergy????? It is unbelievable. The company will pay $7.05M in cash and $18M in stocks, which means the company will only have $2M left in its B/S. Considered the stock price now, I believe it will do another financing ASAP. They don't care about the stockholder. Stay away from this stock!!! SCAM!!!!!!!

Look at the company's contract receivable... It is so sketchy. The contract receivable has increased dramatically over the past three years. And contract receivable turnover in Days was 953 for 2019, which means it takes almost 2.6 years to collect on the contract. Complete SCAM!!!!
