I'm serious though about settling out of court for all the wrongs done. Just have "Beck's" attorney give me a call.
Besides a nice lumpsum settlement, with all the right papers drawn up, I will disappear and never return.
We can put it all in the papers - with all the legal verbiage necessary.

Confer with Beck and get back to me. Sound like a plan?

Warning: My dedicated basher, who is already under investigation for organized stock manipulation by the SEC and for "attempted" extortion & internet fraud, will be out in full force today. You can see some of the evidence collection on a dead stockboard HMGN. Also, she frequents HMPQ (which is where it all started).

Ya', it's not look the best. But 10-10:30 is where the truth be told and the best time to trade,.... IF day or swing trading.

Check out GERN. Higher than avg vol, and it just broke a real tough wall at $2.00.
