(“Herc”), has given notice of its intention to redeem all $427.0 million outstanding principal amount of Herc’s 7.50% Senior Secured Second Priority Notes due 2022 (the “2022 Notes”) (CUSIP Number 42806L AA9 (Rule 144A) / U42817 AA1 (Regulation S)) and all $437.5 million outstanding principal amount of Herc’s 7.75% Senior Secured Second Priority Notes due 2024 (the “2024 Notes” and, together with the 2022 Notes, the “Notes”) (CUSIP Number 42806L AB7 (Rule 144A) / U42817 AB9 (Regulation S)) on July 9, 2019 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of 103.750% in the case of the 2022 Notes and 105.813% in the case of the 2024 Notes, plus interest accrued to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
