The IT services division that spun off from Harris Corp. (HRS) in April is beginning to fill out its executive suite, naming industry vet Stu Shea as its CEO two weeks ago and then announcing three new hires on Tuesday. The company, currently known as MHVC Acquisition Corp., hired Jeremy Wensinger as its chief operating officer, James Winner as its chief legal officer and general counsel and Robert Giannetta as its chief information officer, according to a company press release. Wensinger most recently served as a principal at Leesburg-based consulting firm Augusta Management Strategies.
