New York, July 09, 2019 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has withdrawn all ratings for L3 Technologies, Inc. ("L3") following L3's merger with Harris Corporation (Harris Corporation was subsequently renamed L3Harris Technologies, Inc.)
