Having finished my research and reading comments here and other places, its now clear to me VTNR is not a long term investment. The management really has shown no regard for their stock holders. So, unless something changes, i’m going to initiate an exit strategy.

There may be a time in the future for VTNR but it would need new management (which I don’t see happening).

I can deal with stock volatility and even willing to hold long but the more and more I read the more I realize this is just a fancy version of $HUSA. Good short term investment with the right timing but not worth holding long as how can you trust these Vertex clowns anymore (no offense to clowns).

Really HOPING leadership comes out soon with something, but short of some straight talk and a real profitable path forward i’ll take my investment elsewhere.

Only good news is oil & gas has a real chance of spiking going into the 2nd half of the year and may provide a catalyst going into Q4 for an exit with less pain than now.
