Most people remain poor only because friends and relatives discouraged and advise them against investing and trading BTC while the wise ones kept investing and growing higher financially

I have too much invested here to be able to take the Loss but the whole approach from the company leadership makes absolutely no sense.
It is as if they wanted to thank the share price, why not wait until they is positive news before causing a panic related to the fact the need more money?

I think Wayne is right. IBIO is a scam. I got out a long time ago, I think at about $2.80. They totally milked the whole COVID thing, acting like they were in the running for govt money and they had some great stuff cooking but knowing they were so far away and behind. Hugely misleading. I recommended they enter the plant based food market to take advantage of their fast pharming but they didn't make that pivot for the benefit of shareholders. Mgmt's goal is to extract as much cash from innocent souls as possible and drive every single shareholder into poverty. Just look at the facts of the past several years. There are several companies that do this and get away with it. If I was president, they would all be in jail for stealing. So much worse than than the homeless guy that sneaks a sandwich here and there.

Truth is, you can reasonably expect some sort of significant news in the next several weeks and ahead of the December shareholder meeting/vote. They stated in September they are expecting feedback on the pre-IND package from the FDA, regarding the covid vaccine. They obviously intend to move to clinical trials at some point likely in 2022 and are attempting a broad variant vaccine that will be a booster to others. They also have their oncology pipeline in development and other things. The stock is obviously in poor condition, no doubt about it, but in the mid to longer term, there is an expectation of developments that could boost the price. The prospect of a RS in a few months has cast a cloud over the moment, but that does not mean sunshine will not return. This company has done a lot over the last year to completely remake itself, including raising plenty of cash.

Yep, 10:1 reverse split will make 10 shares become 1, then why they did that 200 million public offering in 2018??? This tells me management are #$%$ cheater and theft!Purpose of this vote is not to get delisted from stock exchange, therefore company can continue to reel innocent retail investors in, to support and keep them alive. After 10:1 RS, $0.80 become $8.00, then it?ll slowly come back down to $1.00, just like from 2018 to 2021.FastPharming = SlowDyingVote 'For' or 'Against' doesn't really matter, cheaters are cheaters after all, their track record proved that.

The price of iBIO sometimes jumps a lot for no reason. The company's finances are stable, a lot of news is waiting for us. I will remind you of 2011 when the price of iBIO reached $ 54, before that it was $ 1. IBIO has been listed on the stock exchange since 2008. It is a company with new technologies and great prospects. I bought 50k today because all the parameters show perspective. The fields in which iBIO is engaged are the most important in medicine. And another important thing, the analyst's recommendation of 1 fo 5 is 2, so the recommendation is BUY.

If a company times the reverse stock split along with significant changes that improve operations, projected earnings and other information important to investors, the higher price may stick and could rise further.

time to look up delisting rules. not going to happen in 10 days. company still has lots of cash. only need 10 business days in a row within 1 year to restart the delisting process. note the shares available would be cut by 90%. no provision has been put out to increase shares for cash raise and dilution. bottom line the company still has cash and time to make it happen. tuff news for sure. need to get a grip good or bad glta

Longs, don't say we didn't warm you, today is less than $0.80, in few more month (or quicker) it will be $0.70, follow by reverse split or more public offerings, this is what this company does time after time, IBIO is a repeat offender, do your own DD, check history, no product since it exist, nothing but rumors and fake PR, this company is scam.
