Nice! $1.62, up 50 cents. Hard to believe this was once a $3200 stock. You have to go back a long way, and probably some reverse splits along the way. Anyone who bought shares this week fur $1.00 were buying for 1/3200th the price someone paid previously. Nice work!

Unless there is "news" relatively soon, these modest insider buys may just be attempts to keep the share price out of the NASDAQ delisting zone.

As a long time IDRA investor that bailed following the miserable tilso trial results, all I can say is......TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN! This is a dead-end stock for now. Tilso for melanoma was the best shot on goal the company had. The other trials are a shot in the dark. As it turns out, I moved over to BCRX---Biocryst---the company that IDRA almost merged with. I got in as low as $6.50 and now the stock is around $16.50. It still has plenty of room to move higher, with one blockbuster already approved and another going into a P3 trial directly from P1 due to efficacy. The money that the insiders bought their stock with is "chump change" to them, and really----even if the stock went down to zero it wouldn't really hurt them at all. They are going to run low on funds and have to dilute yet again, and they will have to more than double the amount of shares to raise any money at all. I have never shorted a stock, but I would consider shorting IDRA now. Sorry.

There is no way insiders would be able to purchase shares if $IDRA was about to announce they are merging with another company or getting acquired. If this recent runup in share price is a result of insider buying, then it's a temporary move and share price will trickle back down. My guess is management thought the stock was undervalued so they took advantage and added to their position.

just a thought.... this stock was trading around $5 last march and it went below $2 just because of a bad news on the failure of a test. with insider buybacks happened all I am seeing is a big room for growth.

This stock has ruined my finances big-time. Luckily i am young enough to have "some" time to re-start, re-invest whatever I have left over and diversify more this time. however I did learn a big lesson. Although, I wouldn't say that senior management didn't try - I am sure they also didn't expect a set-back like this and didn't anticipate the failure.

Not sure of insider buying will affect much price increase but always makes me wonder what the true sentiment is when this occurs
