I lost my patience and sold all my shares today. I have been in it since the beginning. I am not an expert on spacs but feared if they don't execute within a certain timeframe, they are forced to close it down and I would get even less for my shares. GLTA

Thoughts on possible tie-up between IGAC and Fanduel (in which Tusk has an investment)?

Cahill’s Pick: Cahill said he's looking to find SPACs trading around their net asset value and found a couple in the online gaming space that are attractive. His pick is IG Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: IGAC). “Led by Bradley Tusk of Tusk Ventures and also Christian Goode, part of Ivory Gaming Group,” Cahill said on the leadership team. IG Acquisition is targeting the gaming and hospitality space. Tusk invested in a lot of startups including Ripple and FanDuel. “Companies that are innovative and disruptive,” according to Cahill.
I bought this for possibility of online gaming. Hope he's right.

I would not announce a merger agreement in this panic attack either. SPACS hold off until sanity returns. The jockey is great, we will have our day in the sun soon enough!

Three months and have not found anything. Ticked up over 11 on Matt McCall touting it in his newsletter as a buy in early February saying the CEO is great and it will be a winner. I believe in Matt they must be really looking hard for a winner company to merge with, we all must just wait until they find what they are looking for. I feel we will be rewarded for our patience.
C
Matt Mcall is recommending it so maybe it will see some additional volume
t
does Matt McCall still do his youtube show?
J

when the FanDuel news comes out, this will shoot up to 20 by sheeps looking for the next Draft Kings

Volume really picking up this week something may be happening very soon. The fun will begin possibly next week glad I am onboard and ready for the announcement!

A company that IGAC should look at is Simplebet - a NYC-based sports betting technology company. Co-founded in 2018 by Chris Bevilacqua, Joey Levy, and Scott Marshall, Simplebet is a B2B product development company using machine learning and automation to enable every moment of every sporting event to become a betting opportunity. Its proprietary use of machine learning and automation has created a new category of in-play betting called Micro-Markets, which are in-game betting markets that are created and resulted in just minutes or seconds, driving fan engagement and sports betting to a new level. Later this year, the company will launch products for other professional leagues with partners who are established players within the sports betting and media industries.
