Earth-Movers Grind Higher After Trump Building Plan Released

A new spending plan from the Trump administration that would put $200 billion into infrastructure projects over the next decade isn't doing much for stocks of companies that would presumably benefit from the new money. In addition to the federal spending, the plan also calls for states, cities and private operators to plow an additional $1.3 trillion into building roads, bridges and other major projects. In addition, $200 billion is chump-change when it comes to infrastructure, especially when the country needs  $4.6 trillion by 2025 for our infrastructure to be considered adequate, by some estimates.
