We’ve seen a few Chinese education outfits rise and collapse. There’s no reason to think that this one is different.

iHuman Inc. (NYSE: IH) ("iHuman" or the "Company"), a leading childhood edutainment company in China, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 American Depositary Shares

There is talk of a serious research being done by both Citron and Muddy Waters into the affairs of this outfit and it ridiculous market cap of $1.3 billion. A simple suggestion: short right here as much as you can. There is no reason whatsoever for this stock to be trading at more than double its IPO price of $12.

All Chinese figures are false and should be taken with a huge grain of salt. Chinese companies, such as this one, have been known for years to keep two sets of numbers: one of highly inflated figures mainly for the purpose of fooling foreign investors and the other with much smaller real numbers for internal purposes. Auditors in China do a lousy job. They actually cooperate with the fraudsters. Take Luckin Coffee as a recent example. If anyone thinks that Credit Suisse that floated this company did serious DD, they are completely wrong. Credit didn’t give a damn as long as they got a nice cut. Short, short, short!!!

Just my opinion but, I think we will see around 19.00+ today. Good luck longs
