Market cap is not out of hand stock price is intimidating to day traders. I would love to see a stock split with extra capitalization to increase liquidity and lock down 5 year capital program. Sales are great lets leverage this opportunity

This is the 3rd quarter result of INSP:
Revenue 35.8 MILL (less than sale of 10 Walmarts in one day)
    Loss -0.39
Open 42 new centers and total 370 centers
Open 7 new sell territories and total 98 sell territories
Well, well, well! with 370 centers and 98 sell territories, INSP 3rd revenue is 38.5 Mil less than sale of 10 Walmart in one day and funny part is stock price increases 15 dollars to 215.

Is there a metric that makes this a valid $230/share stock in this market? Is it worth the risk? I don't think so, and I love this company and product. Will I be able to, at some point in the near future, be able to buy this at a substantial discount to this price? Heck YES, I think. Will there be a market correction at some point in the next year that will make this stock a buy? Again, I believe it is pending. So, unless I am swing trading, this is a stock to watch, but stay out of for now as it is one that could destroy a portfolio (at this point in the market cycle) just as quickly as it made many wealthy.

My thots on INSP at 220...I was a holder of SWAV for 2 or more years. Last yr, I was on their MB justifying a share price of 250 for a takeover. Every med tech company like INSP will, at some point, get bought. So SWAV takes a swoon for 4 or 5 months, along with INSP, and they recover. It was a lousy time. I unload my SWAV earlier this week, like an idiot, when it hits the all time high. I thot the shorts would pile in. But it added another 30/sh. So how does INSP get the same treatment? First, their financials are still attractive, except for the ugly negative EPS numbers. But, in a buyout, the acquirer would almost eliminate the SG&A by melding the admin and sales ops into their existing ops. INSP is spending about $75M/Q, and that is increasing, on SG&A. To an acquirer, that would be looked at as $60M/Q they could save. 60M/Q is 240M/yr, at a 40 multiple that comes to a mkt cap of $9.6B. The current cap for INSP is $6B. So, I see a potential stock price for INSP of 300/sh. Last, this is exactly the way I came to 250/sh for SWAV, and it ended up that the open mkt did what I thot a buyout would do. I added more on this selling. ps, I don't expect a fast run to 300, I see it as a 8-12 mo target.

    Valuation Skeptic
INSP will miss earnings expectations, valuation has put the share price under severe pressure. Forecasting $180/share post earnings release, could possibly be worse depending if key Institutional investors decide to book profits and move on. It will be interesting.

Non-essential product in covid-19 times, too expensive in normal times. Last quarter sales tanked. Since then, CFO & CCO rightfully sold shares. Still overpriced with 37x TEV/ Rev, no earnings and increased losses due to increased sales YoY. What's the long thesis here?

Will this newest news article on the "Commercialization of INSP in Japan" have any impact on the share price? What does "Commercialization" mean anyway? UNFI was already approved for use in Japan and some studies were done there quite a while ago.

This is a typical hype case (or scam) of Wal Street magicians. I traded for more than 26 years but still don't understand how a company with 4.5 Bil market cap with 95 Mil revenue and a loss every single quarter but stock price keeps going up and up?

This stock bubble to much. Negative eps although surpass what was expected but still in a negative territory. A increase of $37 in price per share in just one day insane. Buying a put, strike at $50

Why would so many Inspire sales reps be looking for new opportunities? Sales reps are the canary in the coal mine. They know what's really going on.
Could it be that management has given them unattainable quotas, and that they don't make any money if they don't make quota? Management has to keep up the growth rate to keep the stock price up, and those rates are going to continue to slow with the more difficult comparables. We'll see that next week if they report in line and show 40% y-o-y growth for the quarter--but position this as 68% growth for the full year.
Could it be that it's no fun supporting surgeries in morning, trying to find patients in the afternoon, and then programming patients in the evening after the patients fall? How's that for quality of life?
Could it be that they don't see as much upside from their stock options at this 30x stock price?
Sales reps are just like everyone else, they want to make as much money as they can with the least amount of effort. That doesn't look so easy right now, unless management decides to pay them much better--and maybe they do because they just diluted the stock so that they could hold $120M cash on hand --enough for 5 more years of losses at the current rate.

    What do you think?

I still do not understand how this company is valued so high? should be 50% lower than where it is priced now. I bought Aug 230 put but do recognize more than 700 March 250 calls traded on 2/19 against 15 OI. Do not know if it is bullish or someone protecting their position in case stock drops.

50% of people with apnea do not tolerate and will not use CPAP. This is reversible, easy to implant, and much more effective than CPAP. This technology will continue to expand. In answer to another question, there have been no deaths from the implantations. This tech has saved thousands of lives.
