    Cash cow withe 3 tc contracts starting 2023..( right choice at that period, now spot expected higher...)
    MR is now probably at maximum price/tonnage, but suezmax and VLCC will rise, if Iran deal/scrapping realises...should be > 40$ ... =2 year expected cash..
    Tonnage will be decisif for spot price. So MR will not raise further than announced high bookingsfor q3 but vlcc tonnage will now be needed...
    INSW still good positionned for q3 and Q4...

    insw top for next q2-q2 earnings. High leveraged adjusted by selling FSO, MR,LR,suezmax performing...
    shell vlcc contracts are 7 year TC , other bareboats also result in less dependance of vlcc spot in near future.
    MR and suezmax give great cashflows now...
    Leverage is still important, but coming q2 fleet i guess not yet taking in account time share revenues from The Shell vlcc... those 3 vlcc could give net cashflow of approx 150K$ for 7x350 days...(2023).Maybe, actually spot could give more.. but if there was a risk, financially, i guess future cashflow well under control by this .

    financing future in a less speculatif way: you finance, get profits pay for cofinancing and service...
    it could be a big move in ship financing: first year profits are less speculatif, even sometimes already contracted.. Share the investment with a sukuk bond investor could have commmercial advantages, and however is a real alternatif, necessity? in ship finance. I personnally for a bigger part of such finance: there are ways to attribute a part of cofinancing to sukuk and use it as a commercial asset. i see international tankers go this way. 'Prime' financing..
