    INVISTA Equities, LLC -- Moody's assigns Baa2 Issuer Rating to INVISTA

    Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned a new Issuer rating of Baa2 to INVISTA Equities, LLC's (INVISTA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. (Aa3, stable). The higher rating reflects the improved asset base and capacity expansions following roughly five years of heavy capital investment and the resulting strengthened position in the nylon chain of products, particularly in the key nylon intermediate, adiponitrile (ADN). The outlook on the ratings is stable.
