Go LONG here! Any $14-$16 handle purchases will make you a lot of money in 2021! Do your homework.
$20MM recently invested by smart money at $17 Tons of cash on balance sheet, minimal debt, super low burn, low capital intensive model, loads of patents on revolutionary bi-directional power semiconductor design, HUGE market opportunity (should approach $10B by end of 2024) to displace legacy technology (IGBT's), new applications include electric vehicle charging, solar and wind energy conversion and storage, datacenter UPS systems, military and industrial as well as other utility apps.
Consolidation this morning after nice high-volume run-up yesterday. Very low volume in today's first hours. Bought more at 20.48.

Loading up before lift off. I was lucky and bought the dip after the PO a few days back. The relative volume on the day of PO and next day vs today's 'sell-off' tells me everything I need to know.

Trading on Nasdaq with only 2,980,000 shares outstanding is not very doable for very long. I can see a 10 for 1 stick split in the near future to increase liquidity.

New Acquisition to Expand Opportunities in the Significant Government Contract Market EL CAJON, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 11, 2021 / Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. (OTC PINK:SIRC), an integrated, single-source solar power and roofing systems installation company, announced today that it has signed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Pacific Lighting Management, Inc. ("Pacific Lighting"), a GAAP audited, diversified energy services and electric vehicle charging station solutions provider to large commercial and government customers.
So the share offering will raise about $20 million for IPWR to market B Tran. this is a very good thing! Need to sell sell sell the technology to OEMs in EV battery and inverter sectors.

Shorts and doubters bend over.
The timing for the availability of this technology could not be better.
So far they have proven they can develop great technology but can they also monetize it? They didn't with their PPSA technology and had to give it away.
“PPSA is a very important strategic fit for us and complements our world-renowned power converter expertise,” said Mario Barbaresso, CEO of CE+T Energy Solutions. “This technology will help us better serve customers who require efficient and optimized energy solutions.” he continues. “We are excited to add highly skilled members to our creative team and strengthen the company for the Green Energy Revolution,” said Robert Eyben, CEO of CE+T Group.
i guess those who attended an offering have been shorting and will covered for 17$

Just went into IPWR! Anyone here who’s been here for some time have a realistic 6 month price target?🚀

Rumour has it that they are about to sign a contract with US Navy for a new agreement

Where are all the comments? Raging bull? I've been in IPWR for years, greetings to the newcomers....read up on the patents and the markets...I think IPWR is ripe for being acquired...by an EV OEM....or a Solar provider...current market Cap at $60 million ....so inexpensive for all of the IP....takeover at ten X for a $600 million Market Cap , $220 share price..Staying long here. this is the decade of EVs and IPWR.

I think they have a great potential considering their low market cap

Apparently the situation has not changed in 1 year, since their new paper AGAIN omits the comparison to GaN transistors, which are being used widely already today. The comparison to IGBT is only 'fair' if they can beat GaN. It's like BetaMax vs VHS i.m.o., and since nothing has moved in a year it seems like GaN is VHS and BTran is BetaMax...
Here is what I posted 1 year ago : Here is a summary for IPWR :
1 : The B-Tran transistor looked very promising, but all in all the benefit over the currently used GaN transistors seems fairly low (or at least not high enough to make the industry switch to a new technology for now). Although (in their paper) a comparison is made between B-Tran and GaN which claims you would need 100s of GaN transistors to match the 'On-Resistance' of the B-Tran, it seems that this advantage is not as great when the switching losses are reduced by using 'smart switching'. This 'smart switching' was exactly what their PPSA technology did, and it can hence also be applied to GaN transistors.
2. The PPSA technology was sold to CE+T, the company which (using GaN transistors), won the Google Box competition, even exceeding the specs that were deemed feasible by Google. Just to say, using GaN transistors only it seems they can already do A LOT... Thereby the potential 'gain' from using B-Tran transistors might not be as high as IPWR initially estimated. CE+T only recently acquired the PPSA technology, so my guess is that they can even further improve on their current designs using the PPSA technology, without really needing a new transistor.
That being said : if the B-Tran transistor can be produced reliably, and there is a advantage over GaN (no matter how small), I can still imagine that the B-Tran transistor will become 'mainstream' one day... If that happens, the stock price will go a lot higher.
Hard to predict.

When does this tiny company sign its first of many licensing agreements with the first of many behemoth corporations?

15 % shares from shelf stock to be sold....Good time to sell when the shares are higher but seems to be interpreted negatively today...
