VANCOUVER , Dec. 17, 2019 /CNW/ - IsoEnergy Ltd. ("IsoEnergy" or the "Company") (TSXV: ISO; OTCQX: ISENF) is pleased to provide additional details on its core drilling plans for the Hurricane zone. The Hurricane zone is a new discovery of high-grade uranium mineralization on the Company's 100% owned Larocque East property (the "Property") in the Eastern Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan (Figures 1 & 2).
Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.60 per common share for a period of 24 months following the date of issuance. The gross proceeds from the sale of Units will be used for exploration on the Company's projects and general corporate purposes.
The Company also announces that, due to investor demand, the Company is increasing the size of its non-brokered private placement (the "Non-Brokered Financing") previously announced on November 12 , 2019. Under the terms of the Offering, the Company issued 7,778,000 flow-through common shares of the Company (the "FT Shares") at a price of C$0.45 per FT Share for gross proceeds of C$3,500,100 .

("IsoEnergy" or the "Company") (TSXV: ISO) (OTCQX: ISENF) is pleased to announce its targeting strategy for the upcoming Summer 2019 Hurricane Extension drilling program on its 100% owned Larocque East property (the "Property"). The primary objective of the drilling will be to evaluate the potential for expansion of the Hurricane zone east of the current drilling pattern. Based on the Company's recently completed winter drilling program, the Hurricane zone is a body of shallow ( 330m below surface), high-grade uranium mineralization located on the west side of the Larocque East property (Figure 1).

The Company recently completed the first follow-up drilling program after the discovery intersection in July 2018. Eleven of 12 drill holes in the follow-up winter campaign intersected significant uranium mineralization. Hurricane now measures 150m (long) x 38m (wide) and is up to 8.5m thick. The zone is open on all five sections drilled to date and along strike in both directions. The Company remains fully funded for a follow-up drilling campaign that is planned for the summer.
