Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction business in Thailand, India, Bangladesh, and internationally. It provides soil and coal extraction, and removal services; construction support services; and foundation and piling work services. The company also manufactures, distributes, and sells concrete products and cement; manufactures and distributes steel pipes; produces and sells vessels and equipment; manufactures, distributes, and installs concrete sheets; and holds concession for constructing ports and railways. In addition, it engages in real estate development; investments in other projects; production and distribution of electricity; leasing and sale of sheet piles and beams for foundation construction work; and rock quarrying, processing, and distribution, as well as operates as a coal mining contractor. The company was incorporated in 1958 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
