Not sure why they haven’t announced any plan to mine gold as the gold price is way above the break even price?

Could be a gold buying opportunity to increase a position for long term investment.

Are there environmental concerns with the recent executive order? Or is this just a normal pullback for what was one of the best performing miners? Hopefully it hit its floor. 50 dma and horizontal support from 2016 high of $1.40.

This one has been a positive surprise for my portfolio. I wonder why it is outperforming other gold equities so much.

Here's my WAG at how this plays out.

    $4.4B NPV - $1.5B mine development cost = ~$3.B

THM/ITH will never build the mine, but sell it.

Assume they can receive 15-20% of project - development cost = $450-600M to THM if they are bought.

That would be 3x to 4x today's share price (let's say $2.50 to $3.50 per share).

Majority of shares are held my Paulson and a few others @.20 to .60 cents per share.

I imagine that would take something in my proposed range as their 'exit' price.

Interesting. I don't see any news. Why the sudden 24% jump starting around 1:30pm est? Takeover rumor, maybe?

AUMN almost doubled in the past month from 0.43 to 0.78. The THM should be in mid 2’ by now. It is way behind the market

Gold Resources this size are rare today. Perhaps someone is kicking tires.

The Livengood mine begins to be profitable at these gold prices. As gold matches higher, it becomes progressively more economic to mine. Reserves are huge. So this is a great company for anyone who believes gold is headed higher.

I live in Fairbanks just south of THM mine. I have been watching this stock for many years. Several years when Gold was much higher THM gold mine was very active. But is almost dormant since then. The Gold is in ground but they are waiting for the price to rise before going after it. So the question is when is gold going to $17 to $18 US dollars, I am on the sideline.

I predict $1.74 is the bottom. If you wanted more shares, buy now. It will be $2.00 soon enough. I am planning on selling between $2.60 to $2.90.

Hard to argue with the math on this stock. Only $120MM market cap and sitting on 11MM oz. of gold. That’s less then $11/oz market cap with gold margins of at least $300/oz and that’s extremely conservative.

Perhaps the new feasibility study is going well. Hopefully we will see some competition among the majors for this asset.
