Q2 after covid is the only time I have seen this company not beat earnings reports in 10 years. As such I believe they will beat the earnings reports because the stock analysis always under estimate them. We will probably see a .1 or .11 dividend this time around too.

I added some shares again. In the long run, I don't see how it can't be good for all of us.

Earnings to be announced 08/05/2021. With 4 analysts covering IVR, the consensus EPS estimate is $0.10, and the high and low estimates are $0.12 and $0.09, if there's a positive surprise..... watch out you'll see a tremendous short squeeze

People are again panicking about COVID-19. Time to take advantage of it and buy the dip. Have some cash in hand. This might be the last in our life time that we can be lucky.

Not sure why everyone is freaking out about this REIT going down. I bought shares between 3.60 and 4 and couldn't be happier. The mortgages are backed by the Fed so this dividend is a 9-10% return per year easy at this price and you add in drip for an extra 1%+ per year. The average return of the S&P historically is around 10% a year which you are getting guaranteed plus whatever it appreciates in the future. You won't get rich fast with this one but it's one of the lowest risk plays with a solid return. When the dividend gets increased to $.10 a quarter you're beating the S&P average return per year if you use drip. With minimal risk
