    Here is my takeaway.

"Book value is estimated to be between $17.01 and $17.71 per common share as of July 31, 2022"

Fairly big range. At least it went up from $16.16 at the end of Q2.

SOLID EARNINGS CALL THIS AM... Invesco is managing the tough economic situation by upgrading portfolio and implementing some cost cutting measures. They See some improving future environment ahead overall. Earnings will easily support the Quarterly .90 dividend or $3.60 annual. Thats a 20% annual return on a $17 stock. Board is the deciding factor of where the dividend is pegged but odds are good that they will hold it for the immediate future. Lots of retirees here depend on the income generated. I still expect $18 sooner rather than later. Best wishes to all my fellow longs.

so it looks like SP is right in line with BV. dividend continues. Outlook is good. current management is being more responsible and proactive in responding to market conditions. I would expect SP to level.out for a while but I'm okay with that for now. going to collect my quarterly dividend and roll it back in to IVR.

WE SHOULD SEE $18 PPS THIS WEEK. Positive trend now is our friend as the public looks for ROI. This momentum will carry us through $20 EOY. Enjoy the ride...

At $20 the dividend will be 18%. If the company continues paying $3.60 per year, the price will go up becuase of the dividend.

Today's report was Mixed. But what were shareholders and the broader public thought were going to happen as the Fed reversed course on Quantitative Easing measures and now focusing on tightening for all of 2022.

Currently, the housing market 30-yr Rate is slowly declinging which is a Good Sign that we're returning to earth! Why???

Think! Back in 2nd QTR around May homebuyers were welcomed to exorbitantly high mortgage rates where a person the prev year in 2021 was paying X% but it almost doubled in 2022 on the variable rate. So buyers were paying a lot for 1 Family or 2 Family homes w/ a 1 car garage that was prob $100K - $250,000 and MORE above what the market comps of that home would be due to the "over heating" of the market.

    It was a seller's market.

Now the Fed is concentrating on killing inflation by basically destroying consumer demand attributable by Bitcoin Millionaires, Stimulus Checks, and Wage Jumps (where positions paid $8 an hr 5yrs ago and after 2020 it went up to $15 or higher given circumstances).

So the market is cooling off and restarting if you will but the effects will take time like 6 months or longer.

The point is that the entire housing market and REITS have more downtrending to go. I suspect it to level off hopefully by end of year or early 2023.

The Jobs Report is super important on what the Fed will do with hikes going forward and the housing market 30-yr rate avg going down.

So for $ORC, $ARR, $IVR, $TWO, $AGNC, $EARN, and others will need to be patient before things to significantly turnaround in the right direction.

This is the time to hold or possibly buy smaller chunks over the next 6 months.

Stay patient and read up on the news! GL to ALL!!!

Board needs to keep that nice divi for a while to allow us old fans some recovery time. Sounds like IVR might have some executive talent in the house after all... In it to win it over the long haul.

DECENT DIVIDEND CURRENTLY PAYING ANNUAL $3.60 ON A $16.OO INVESTMENT... Thats over 20% and IVR is now exhibiting some growth potential. Mortgages will continue indefinitely, to be the modus operandi for financing homes. Fewer share now and a clean slate for management to get some things right. I'm just saying...

IVR never stopped paying dividends for too many years today, even during the deepest point of the
