    Jamf Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

    MINNEAPOLIS, July 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jamf Holding Corp. (“Jamf”) (NASDAQ: JAMF) the standard in Apple Enterprise Management, announced today the closing of its initial public offering (“IPO”) of 20,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $26.00 per share. Of the offered shares, 13,500,000 shares were offered by Jamf and 7,200,000 shares were offered by certain selling shareholders. The number of shares offered and sold by the selling shareholders at closing included the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 2,700,000 shares of common stock from the selling shareholders. Jamf will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling shareholders.
