A Jones Soda anecdote from last month. I was on a college campus picking up lunch at a very popular bagel sandwich shop. You order inside or online and then you wait outside for your order. When the sandwich is ready they hand it out through a window. There was a big crowd sitting and standing around waiting for their sandwiches. This included a Fraternity of 40 - 50 guys. That is when the fun started! As the person working called out the name of the person's who sandwich was ready the whole Frat would start to CHEER and raise their bottles of JONES SODAS and toast and clink them together! It was so awesome to see all of these young guys having so much fun enjoying all the different Jones flavors! It would make for a great commercial or social media campaign! Also got me thinking that Jones might want to consider a Jones Soda/Mary Jones Campus Rep./Intern program for colleges in their various markets! Come on Jones lets Go!!! Cheers!

There’s seems to be a lot of momentum here, but the stuck price hasn’t caught up yet. I’ve been buying every opportunity I can.
This thing popped to around $1.20 when speculation was hot that they MAY launch cannabis products and now that they HAVE, I imagine it’ll exceed that number within a year.
I think we’re looking at a 3-4x return in 1 year and then more thereafter.

I have been an ecommerce entrepreneur for over 10 years now. While I'm not the best in the world, I know a lot about branding. The Jones team is CRUSHING brand development.
I think the classic soda line itself can grow to ~18M this year in rev and throw on another ~3M for the slow launch of Mary J. That is substantial (~50%) growth YoY. 2023 should bring more of the same, maybe ~20M Soda and ~10M Mary J?

Website still doesn't function providing location of sales sites although it was in the NR. If they truly want this to be a transformational product, it's embarrassing to have such a gaffe.

Dear Jones Management and Jones Board, the market has given you a gift! A chance to redeem yourselves from your major missteps of accepting and not rescinding the deal on your own. You must regain the trust of shareholders! Here are some steps and ideas you can explore to start the process of moving Jones and Mary Jones forward. First run far away from the previous deal/partner and don't look back! Secondly, announce that you are dropping the thought of a 700 million share authorization. If funding is your concern here are a few ideas that definitely are worth pursuing. Think private placement and individual partners that make sense on multiple levels far beyond just funding. Tony Hawk a great source for funding and a wonderful partner who also has many well to do friends. Joe Rogan a great source of funding and potential partner because of his podcast following, his tight relationship with the UFC and his knowing Julianna Pena who you sponsor - she appeared on his show. Elon Musk who also appeared on Joe Rogan's show clearly a great funding source and he would make a tremendous partner for SO MANY reasons. Easy to imagine special Jones products and packaging featuring Tesla vehicles, Space X rockets and fun photos of Elon etc.. Second chances don't come around very often so please do your DD! Either stay independent, partner with the individuals I mentioned above or choose a more traditional partner that would allow you remain independent and allow you to aggressively grow the Jones and Mary Jones brands! It's time to think BIG!

People don’t understand how hard it is to build a recognizable brand. Even if cash is being burnt someone will pay premium to skip all the hard work of building a brand

I wonder if SBBC and related companies control enough shares, together with management, to execute this takeover regardless of the rest. Where is the fiduciary duty then to all shareholders if the management ends up holding the swaying block of shares and then gets compensated by the majority shareholders for executing this deal. To claim that this value is still $100M USD is a delusion that no partial person could claim. SBBC now at USD 65 cents

Mission accomplished. We learned that pressure from "minority" shareholders can indeed make a difference - at least when there is shady activity on the part of the BOD and exec mgmt. Thanks to those here that connected and helped in our efforts to apply pressure. We still need to pay close attention - we cannot trust current Jones leadership. Trading Halt. I hope that they nix the deal, though I wouldn't be surprised if they had some other cheap target price reneg. As it stand the value of the dal is 50 cents/5 - around 10 cents. It would be a travesty to proceed with this deal in any manner.
