    The CPPIB disclosed the stock trades, among others, in a form it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The CPPIB, which managed assets totaling $376 billion at Dec. 31, declined to comment on the moves. The pension bought 969,407 more Apple shares in the fourth quarter to end 2020 with 7.3 million shares.

    Voting rights groups are calling on companies such as Coca-Cola Co and Delta Air Lines Inc to oppose efforts by Republican lawmakers in Georgia to enact sweeping new restrictions on voting access in the battleground state. The organizations, including the Black Voters Matter Fund, the New Georgia Project Action Fund and the Georgia NAACP, launched a campaign on social media and in local news outlets this week asking the corporations to take a stand against legislation they said aims to curb turnout from Democratic-leaning Black voters.

    The Coca-Cola Company (the "Company," "we," "us" and "our") (NYSE: KO) today announced the pricing of its previously announced offers to purchase for cash any and all of the Company's outstanding (i) U.S. dollar-denominated notes listed in Table I below (the "Dollar Notes") and (ii) Euro-denominated notes listed in Table II below (the "Euro Notes"). The Dollar Notes and the Euro Notes are referred to collectively herein as the "Notes" and such offers to purchase as the "Offers" and each an "Offer."
