Any guesses on where the dividend ends up for the quarter? I think they'll announce Friday or Monday--hopefully Monday so the market doesn't hear the news going into the weekend. I would take the over on .355 for dividend. I think two quarters of that will signal health to the market, and this will trade up to $18. It's also great they're paying down the debt--I think the remaining pref. slug will get taken out too, both should be positives for the share price. GLTA.

Hah, looks like the over won on .355...GLTA! Next quarter will likely be over .40

Guessin KRP is hedged to tha gills thru Q2 ‘22… which should impact dividends > subsequent short share price decline to be viewed as buying opportunity… O&G inventory issues are likely to remain thru Q3 ‘22… as tha Permian etal cranks back up…

Another increase in the dividend (20%) and only 75% of the available money. The other 25% went to further pay down debt. Like I said before - the higher the price of oil goes the higher the dividend goes, followed by the share price.

Just want to say congrats on a big day/week/month for this stock. It’s nice that the market is rewarding the share price. I’m not sure if I’ll sell now but it’s nice that that’s on the table. I figure the price won’t be too much lower than $14 1/2/3 years from now as we continued to work through the commodity cycle and I’ve got a 10%+ yield locked in, so I might as well just hold and buy dips. GLTA!

With WTI up 2.5% you would think KRP would be following closely to the same. Cash has to be generating unless too much production is hedged. Possible Cost of SPAC is holding them back somewhat. Will be interesting to hear the 3rd QTR call on future.

I owe 4,250 shares, thinking about doubling down at this level. I have a 3 year hold horizon and feel good about where we’re at in the commodity cycle relative to the next three years.

However - it’s strange that KRP management said the bid/ask spread for acquisitions is too much to get a deal done. KRP shares trade at an 11% yield, so they’d need sellers to sell north of that (significantly) for cash flow accretion. CFO said these opportunities simply don’t exist at present.

Conversely - they just sponsored a SPAC? That typically means you’re seeing deals and want to take one public. If it’s a good opportunity why not use KRP’s currency to acquire it?

You see the competing messaging here by management? On the earnings call they say valuation gap is too much yet go start a SPAC to acquire a private royalty company? I thought those opportunities weren’t replete…any thoughts appreciated.

I just want to mention that I used Yahoo's FAIR VALUE screener to buy this stock June of 2020. It came up towards the top the the fair values. It ended up working out really good for me as a small investment. I ended up selling long at about 38% up. Thanks for this one Yahoo!

I did a lot of juggling with my KRP stock and call the last two weeks. I'm now ahead of where I was 2 months ago and I think I'm in a good position to make some good money.

Checkout management bios… last acquisition was Strabock deal that added a significant amount of debt & the floating of an add’l increase in KRP shares (effectively diluting tha value of the original shares on the market)… uh, it was a very smart deal… but one they’re not comfortable repeating @ this time… however, tha SPAC brings in the investment $$$ they’re looking for w/o floating add’l KRP shares or taking in add’l debt… my guess KRP will be footing the development bill on this deal… but will end up w/20% vested interest in the new company… Ft. Worth oilman, lawyers & accountants > always looking for tha next big deal… geaux figur: On another note uh, > Nat Gas / KRP = share price…who knew…

J… lookt like ah vacuum trade to moi to set up a sell order on Mon. > it appears from mah old retail cowboy perspective tha a persistent “12K-ish” (or two) Sell order has been landing every single day since mid July & has not abated… more recently tha trader withholds the order until price r vols start to tick up… but always pulls the trigger before tha closing bell… & tha increase in Vols seems reflective of tha repetitive nature of sales remains… to moi > c’est le geurre…
