(LLL) will double the size of its Arlington facility where commercial and military pilots are trained and hire more than 200 employees during 2018, the company announced last week. The Arlington facility is the headquarters of L3 Technologies' Link Training & Simulation unit, where it develops and manufactures flight simulators and training systems for both military and commercial customers. L3 Technologies is a New York-based defense contractor that reported $9.6 billion in 2017 revenue and employs more than 38,000 workers worldwide.
