Lifequest’s Bangladesh Joint Venture, Biopipe Innovation, Announces Receipt of Orders for 18m3/day and 100m3/day Zero Sludge Biopipe Sewage Treatment Plants

RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY, Oct. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire \-- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary, Biopipe Global Corp., which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge, odor and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, is pleased to announce the receipt of an order for a 18m3/day sewage treatment plant (“STP”) from a prominent housing complex and an order for a 100m3/day STP for the headquarters of the Directorate General of National Security Intelligence, Bangladesh. Ekram Zaman, Executive Director of Biopipe Innovation, said, “We are delighted to get these two orders following an extended period of shutdown and disruptions due to Covid-19. Bangladesh has proven to be economically resilient and capital spending on infrastructure remains robust but delayed by about six months. However, the sewage wastewater problem remains acute in Bangladesh. We continue to win prestigious government projects and are closing in on several more. In Bangladesh, we believe Biopipe is known as the gold standard of solutions for biological sewage wastewater treatment. Biopipe Innovation has several plants in Bangladesh now that are performing as expected and we are preparing to install two more plants in the next few weeks.”   Max Khan, President & CEO of Lifequest, said, “We had a great start to 2020 with close to $7 million of expected sales in the pipeline and approximately $1 million in orders, which were shelved due to Covid-19. Most of our orders were from the hospitality sector, which remains a very challenging sector. However, based on our recent proposal activity, we are beginning to see green shoots of recovery in our business. During the nearly five months of disruption, we continued investing in engineering, sales and marketing and we are now expecting a fairly robust fourth quarter. With the first installation in South Africa nearly complete and systems on the way soon to Ethiopia and the Philippines, we expect these three countries to start delivering meaningful sales.”  About Lifequest & BiopipeLifequest offers both effluent treatment (ETP) and sewage treatment (STP) solutions. Biopipe, a wholly owned subsidiary, has developed a patented 100% sludge-free, chemical-free, odor-free, silent, easy to assemble and install, scalable, low cost, ecological and virtually maintenance-free onsite sewage wastewater treatment system. It treats both grey and black water.  The treated water exceeds EU and all local standards for discharge and can be reused for irrigation, flushing and cleaning.  Our Abrimix ETP solution is a highly efficient and cost-effective industrial wastewater treatment system that is vastly superior to Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) systems.www.lifequestcorp.com https://www.biopipe.co/ Contact: info@biopipe.coBiopipe Innovation, Bangladesh Name: Ekram Zaman Email: ezaman@biopipe.co Phone: +880 1711991276Investor Relations TraDigital Marketing Group, Inc. Lifequest Subsidiary Biopipe Global Establishes Joint Venture in the Philippines and Receives First Purchase Order for a 9,000 Gallons (35m3) Per Day Plant

RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ, Oct. 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire\-- LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) subsidiary Biopipe Global Corp., which developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology, has formally established BPipe Corporation, a joint venture company in the Republic of the Philippines. Simultaneously, we have received a purchase order for a 35m3/day plant which will serve as a reference plant, and we expect to ship the plant in the current quarter. Additionally, the global partnership of Biopipe Global Corporation with Abrimix (Pty) Ltd., a leader in highly efficient, and cost-effective treatment of industrial water, will also enable BPipe to pursue the industrial wastewater treatment market in the Philippines.        According to a World Bank Research Document on Philippines Sanitation Sourcebook and Decision Aid, in the Philippines only about 10% of the wastewater is treated and generates 4,200,000m3of sludge per annum. Only 5% of the total 105.5 million population is connected to a sewage system based on a report by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (“DENR”).  Mr. Freddie Canta, President of BPipe Corporation, stated, "Biopipe, with its simple on-site, no-sludge, odor free, small area footprint and scalable system will help address the challenges of sewage treatment in the Philippines. We are looking forward to partnering with the Philippine government and the private sector in their efforts of providing better sanitation to Filipinos and promoting circular economy through water reuse. The market feedback is very encouraging as we already have several requests for proposals from companies in different sectors totaling 5,884m3/day.""The Philippines sanitation sector is at a crucial turning point," according to Biopipe Global Corp. Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Nina F. Aquino, "due to new DENR discharge regulations and growing public pressure to clean up Manila Bay from toxic fecal coliform. Initially, we plan to market to our solutions to hotels, shopping malls, mixed-use residential and office complexes, schools and hospitals. As part of our greater global initiative, we will continue to promote the worldwide 100% reuse of treated wastewater to alleviate over pumping of groundwater and pollution of fresh water supplies. In association with WaterPhilippines and the Philippine Water Works Association Inc., Biopipe is hosting a webinar titled, ‘Waste to Resource: Wastewater Treatment and Reuse for Business Profitability,’ on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 3:30 pm (GMT +8) where leaders from various parts of the water and sanitation sector will speak on best practices to achieve economic means to wastewater reuse & recycling.” About Lifequest & BiopipeLifequest offers both effluent treatment (ETP) and sewage treatment (STP) solutions. Emerging Markets Report: Something in the Water

An Emerging Markets News CommentaryORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In the pages of the Emerging Markets Report we predictably cover the latest and greatest new ideas for technology, or science, or even a bold new product line seeking or gaining traction. It is the stuff of a good story we seek. But sometimes the story doesn’t glitter. Sometimes the sizzle isn’t on the surface.Sometimes you have to dig a little deeper to see how Earth-changing a company’s business model can truly be. Today, we have to report that there is something in the water and LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) is looking to fix it.Through its subsidiary, Biopipe Global, it has developed the world’s only highly scalable onsite sludge and chemical free sewage wastewater treatment technology and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Purecycle Inovatif to set up a 50-50 equity joint venture in Turkey.Purecycle is engaged in waste management and sustainable environmental development with particular focus on innovative technologies. Biopipe will initially work with municipalities to install its wastewater treatment systems in parks and villages before targeting the private sector. Purecycle already has an agreement to install Biopipe in Turkey’s 3rd largest city, Izmir, and expects to add two more municipalities in the near future. It is notable that Purecycle is already doing business in Turkey, which is not necessarily a place you simply walk into and set up a lemonade stand. What is also notable is this excerpt from Purecycle’s founder, Damla Demirel.“Turkey will likely be facing water shortages by 2030 and approximately 21% of the population remains unconnected to central sewerage networks. Water recycling and reuse is becoming critical. … we have developed a strong interest in Biopipe from municipalities that are dissatisfied with their current systems and packaged systems, in general. Biopipe already has proven itself in Turkey and the municipalities are attracted by the low footprint, low maintenance and reusability of wastewater.”Basically, it is predicted that Turkey will have to turn to reusing its own water supply at some point and LIFEQUEST WORLD CORP (LQWC) is well-established in Turkey to help Turkey deal with something in the water.About Lifequest & BiopipeLifequest offers both effluent treatment (ETP) and sewage treatment (STP) solutions.
