  • Rumor of Sale of Learning Tree. Any facts or data around the rumor of a sale?

Seems i=t would make sense based on the current situation and potential and ZERO debt.

A smart VC could take it over and take a loan out on the future revenues with a cleaning of the house to fire all the Golden Handcuff people.
  • stock price. Surprised we aren't at $.70. Is someone propping this up?
  • Earnings. Same old same old or kernel of progress?? Lloyd seemed to like to buy at $.70 as opposed to current price.
  • Old president receives 20k/month for what?. Very confusing that LTRE is bleeding cash and old president (who really is a negative do nothing) is paid 20k+ for really nothing and soon the company will need terminate many people or run out of money. Can someone please explain?
  • Learn from Learning Tree. When the majority owner demonstrates time and time again they don't care about shareholders, and operating cash flow is significantly negative, get out while the gett'n is good. Don't be a Fanboy.
  • LTRE poised for breaking 5 again with new releases.... The security programs are doing very well.

The new CEO has an EYE for cost cutting and deficiency improvements.

If LTRE sheds 25% of the golden handcuffed employees the productivity will SKY ROCKET.
  • Time is running out folks. Disastrous Q1 earnings will be announced soon, cash will show continue decline, shares will be back below $1.00 in the blink of an eye.

Take profits before it's too late.
  • Fools bidding shares higher...big joke. Sell before earnings announcement if you know what's good for you...and your portfolio.
  • Well, I guess Lloyd decided to throw even more good money after bad. Should see filing in a day or two.

    What a joke!

    Red ink will continue flowing.
  • aequitas425. where have you disappeared to?

    nothing happening here.

where is (are) the tremendous government contract(s)?

Lloyd and Mill Road are stuck here and can't do anything except watch it bleed out and artificially support the shares. Lloyd is gambling tossing good money after bad, making a fool of himself. If he had any brains, and really wanted to invest more, he'd just let the shares fall as much as the market will let them, then buy up all the shares. Instead, he's playing games buying at the current share price when people are looking to continue dumping and driving it lower. Lloyd may be the only fool buying at this time...has to just sit by with Mill Road and watch the destruction continue.

Where is the plan of how the CEO is going to increase sales and bring company back to profitability? There is none...he is making empty statements..."I understand the importance of..." instead of "We are going to do X, Y, and Z over this time period, we are going to cut costs by doing this, and increase sales and margins by doing that". This would be the statement of a CEO in control who will be a change agent and turn things around.

Again, Lloyd is a fool for throwing good money after bad here. I will need to reconsider how much weight I give to his purchasing shares of any company going forward.
  • the silly little move on miniscule volume is over you fruitcakes. shares go back to .65 to .75
