    REFILE-Moelis forms energy transition investment banking team in cleantech push

    Moelis & Co said on Thursday it is launching an investment banking team dedicated to advising on deals for companies involved in the energy transition, aiming to win new business among companies pushing to decarbonize the economy. The Clean Technology Group will be co-led by Arash Nazhad, who the investment back hired recently from Citigroup Inc, alongside Moelis banker Rick Polhemus, according to a statement to Reuters.
