(NYSE: MDLA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. Medallia is offering 14,325,000 shares and the selling stockholders are offering 1,175,000 shares. Medallia will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
